Hi i've been a patient to Dr Sayah for over some years now have plenty of cosmetic surgery done my latest surgery was butt implants march 13, 2005.. I had previous but augmentation somewhere else so I went back to Dr Sayah to have them taken out and replaced with the round implants. I had 500 cc implants going to 715 cc implants. I am very happy with my procedure and the outcome of my surgery. I had caught a capsular contracture with my previous butt augmentation and Dr Sayah was able to remove it doing a cap ectomy and replacing it with a bigger implant and my results are amazing. I don't know where to even start, I am so beyond grateful for Dr Sayah and his team. I had a bump on my head that was misdiagnosed by a dermatologist about 17 years ago that grew in size after being re injured a few months ago. I came to Dr Sayah to get his opinion after being referred by my friend. His bedside manner immediately put me at ease. He drew me diagrams showing if he were to do my surgery what he would do, explained to me what to expect and even took the time to FaceTime with my husband to help keep him in the loop while he was working. Anytime I had questions I would receive a response quicker than any Dr I have ever gone to (honestly it blows my mind how much him and his staff care about their patients). Fast forward to my surgery... I chose to be awake because it was a simple procedure, in and out in 30, I remember during the surgery any time his surgical nurse knew something new was about to happen, she would grab my hand which was just so incredibly kind. The next day Dr Sayah called me to see how I was doing and how my pain was. I never once needed the pain medication he prescribed for me. Even when he took the staples out of my head it was quick and painless. As part of his thorough care plan, Dr Sayah insisted on taking the precautionary step of sending what he removed to pathology. As a result of his thorough care, it was discovered that I unknowingly had skin cancer. Had Dr Sayah not taken this extra step, I would have gone undiagnosed and that could have led to serious repercussions. He then referred me to a dermatologist to help create a treatment plan going forward and has made sure to keep me in the loop on what they have discussed. I could honestly go on and on about Dr Sayah and his staff but to be to the point, his office manager Jenny is so warm and welcoming making you feel like you're family she was incredibly through and did a great job of explaining each next step with booking appointments and billing. This type of surgery is not an easy decision to make (I had a belt lipectomy and a bilateral gynecomastia correction), and having a staff show up as a support team for you made all the difference. In Nov 2018 I had a breast reduction done by Dr Sayah. The experience was positive. All questions I had were vigorously answered. The reduction itself was extensive and I healed slowly but well. I'm super happy with the results. The process before the reduction was very informative and helped calm my nerves. The day of surgery I was nervous as hell but everyone was on point and confident so that helped me as well. Coming out of anesthesia I struggled a bit and felt slightly rushed to get out of the recovery room to go to my house. I think with the anesthesia I was struggling to comprehend why I needed to go home so quickly. Basically I couldn't stay there so it was either go to my house or go to the hospital for further recovery. That was the only part of the actual surgery day process I was bummed about but I understand that they have lives and family's to and can't keep the recovery room open 24hrs. They were patient with me and waited till after hours to make sure I was able to get home safely. That was the toughest part of the day of surgery. Obviously. The results now that everything is healed are FANTASTIC as Dr. Sayah would say. I'm very very happy with them. I wish I had done this YEARS AGO. My recovery was very slow and difficult due to I'm sensitive to all adhesives so surgical tape and healing tapes agitated my skin. But once the scars finally closed and healed they have been diminishing and my chest is so symmetrical and perky that people have even asked if I also go implants... but no I didn't it's all my natural shape thanks to the amazing work of Dr Sayah. Visits post surgery are short but all questions still get quickly answered. All and all I would absolutely go back to Dr. Sayah for any other procedure. He really is knowledgeable and well trained in his field. I'm confident in his skills and in his results! Well it's been almost 6 years since Dr. Sayah ruined my life. I came in for a breast augmentation and left with a severe burn on the cleavage of my breast. Long story short over the past 6 years I've spent thousands of dollars trying to remove the large scar caused by this burn, and have not been able to find a solution yet. I never received any follow up or recommendations for Dr. Sayah on this scar that he caused. Now it's swimsuit season again and I'm so sad because I'm once again unable to show my breasts which I paid a lot of money for. Not only did this surgery cost me physical distress but this has also taken an emotional toll as well. This is long overdue, please do your research. He may be a good Dr. within other specialties but not rhinoplasty. I came in for a rhinoplasty and woke up at Cedars Sinai ICU. Dr Sayah aborted the surgery after the first initial incision and epinephrine injection due to my vitals. My parents were having breakfast down the street while I was in surgery and saw the ambulance stop at his building. No one referred to the emergency contact phone number on the medical forms to inform my parents I was being sent to the hospital. After a week of being hospitalized I received clearance from Cedars Sinai to undergo surgery. We attempt my rhinoplasty without epinephrine because it caused me to go into v-tach and released troponin. The second surgery went smoothly there were no medical complications. Jesse at my post op mentioned that my father was rude for panicking that his daughter was being rushed into an ambulance and he was uninformed. Jesse is the most unprofessional treatment coordinator, her way of speaking to patients is very ill mannered in various encounters. I had to call my insurance and find out their claims didn't include the Dr's state license and address thus delaying payment (something their billing department should've looked into, not the patient). I was told anesthesia wasn't covered by my insurance therefore added on to my bill at my consultation, however my insurance was billed and paid for anesthesia. I allowed 6months-1yr for the swelling to go down. Dr. Sayah and I spoke about my concerns: 1. No supratip break (heavily emphasized during consultations) 2. The nasal bones were not brought in 3. Tissue scaring buildup at the columella 4. No redefinition to the tip Dr. Sayah will waive his surgeons fee for a revision on his own work because we are both unsatisfied with the results. However, I will not be returning a third time, because I do not trust him. I walked out of this office with a botched nose and medical bills from Cedars Sinai on top of the 'rhinoplasty'. I came to Dr. Sayah for underye filler treatment with Restalyne Silk and am so grateful I went to him for the procedure. I have received all different types of filler before for cheeks, nose, lips, etc., as well as Botox, but this was my first time having my under eyes done which I was very nervous about as I'd heard swelling and bruising could be bad and have seen some women look "overfilled," but after reading Dr. Sayah's Reviews online felt he would be a great doctor for the procedure. Though I was so nervous I could not believe how painless the procedure was and how gentle Dr. Sayah was- it was amazing! Even the next day I already started to feel so happy with results and had one small bruise and minor swelling in comparison to what I've seen when friends have gotten the same work done. Dr. Sayah is very funny and nice and his joking around kept me distracted during the procedure but it was so quick and painless regardless! My friends are amazed how my recovery has been and I will definitely be referring him to others soon and returning for more work. When I asked him whether I should have previous work touched up now he suggested a very minimal area which was much less of an area and definitely fewer areas than I had thought should be done again, and I cannot expresss how much I respect his honesty and opinion as he is more concerned with you not looking overdone, looking balanced and natural, versus selling you services/procedures you do not need at this time. I only wish they offered Coolsculpt here but I will definitely be returning for some touch ups on previous work very soon! read more

My son had his first big accident running into a chair and slicing his eyebrow open. It bled so much, and my husband and I were so scared! Our pediatrician told us they didn't do stitches and sent us to an urgent care (not ideal during Covid). I called a gf of mine whose son had multiple stitches and she connected me with her pediatrician who connected us with Dr Sayah. This all took place on a Sunday which made it more challenging. The staff is cool and very down to earth (you don't usually find that in Beverly Hills). Now, for the injections - minimal pain. Dr. Sayah is different in that he asks YOU where you (think you) need it. Basically, it's a "you know your face the best - so, you know better than anyone where to put it" kinda awesome office. She was initially very concerned about risks associated with any procedures and more so was not sure what the outcome would be. ALL IT TOOK WAS FOR HER TO MEET DR. SAYAH. Dr. Sayah is a very caring compassionate doctor who spends his time understanding the person that he is treating. My nose is ruined. Dr. Sayah performed completely unnecessary plastic surgery on me. I was very young and clearly had body dysmorphia. I am now left with an uneven tip, irregular contours, bossae and a hook to my nose that wasn't there before. This was the single biggest regret of my life. I went back to Dr. Sayah to show him the damage and he denied that it was from his surgery. It's very clearly from surgery. I have had consultations with revision specialists who agree it's clearly from surgery. This has affected my life in an incredibly profound way. I really must say that Dr. David Sayah is a remarkable doctor in every way. My son had an emergency infection in his hands; I took him to the dr, and they wanted him to see a specialist, but it was 3pm on a Friday and no one had an opening... except for Dr. Sayah. Dr. Sayah had already left, but CAME BACK to the office to see my son. He explained calmly and patiently to my freaked-out teenager that hand infections are very serious and why, and explained exactly what he was going to do. He gave him an antibiotic (telling him to fill this at the Rite Aid across the street and start it immediately) and said if it hadn't improved, to call him. It was Yom Kippur starting at sundown and yet he had come back to the office, and even more remarkably, said he would keep his cell phone on for my son. My son's infection did not improve, and so, Dr. Sayah then CAME IN ON SUNDAY morning to see my son--I've never seen anything like it! Amazing! He gave my son a more powerful antibiotic -- and then to our even greater disbelief, came in before his practice opened on Monday morning to perform surgery on my son's hands. I have never, in all my life, met such a dedicated and outstanding doctor. He also came in every morning that week, before his practice opened, to dress my son's wounds. He also spoke kindly and with great involvement to our son. The hands healed almost without a trace of a scar, with complete use of the muscles--no complications at all. As impressive as we found Dr. Sayah to be as a highly skilled surgeon, what really knocked us out was his great kindness, dedication, and unparalleled sense of responsibility to his patients. The office staff is also very kind, and very attentive; and the offices themselves are lovely. Yvonne, has got to be the sweetest receptionist I have ever encountered and is very informational when scheduling appointments, telling you where to park, and making sure that you're completely happy.
