REVISION RHINOPLASTY 2026 ~ I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Rahban. I originally had a rhinoplasty in 2019 with a surgeon I was referred to by my ENT. My initial surgery was to correct a deviated septum, and since I was already going under anesthesia, I decided to do a cosmetic rhinoplasty at the same time. I actually liked my results for a while, but after about two years I started noticing that my nose was shifting laterally to the left. From start to finish, my fears were extinguished by Dr. Rahban and I knew I had come to the right place. I knew we would work together as a good team because he reassured me from the moment I shared how I was feeling. My number one fear was dying because I heard general anesthesia was used and I had never had that or been put under. I realized in building rapport with Dr. Rahban, that it was no longer a concern. He reassured me and heard me out and let me rant about the fear and then we moved on when I felt ready to move on. We discussed my vision, and I am truly amazed that he brought to life the exact look I was going for. Even though I am a " trust the process" girl, it was absolutely insane to me that in following his process, providing pictures of breasts that were " too small, too, big and just right" I am still baffled at the fact that I have my exact size and shape I wanted. 33 yr old male at 6'6" weighing just over 200lbs came to Dr Rady Rahban for rhinoplasty and chin augmentation. Felt necessary to mention my height & weight to validate that even at taller heights and age these desired aesthetics are still prevalent. I wanted to wait the full year to fully heal before submitting my review; i was 32 at the time of surgery however I had found and been researching Rahban for close to 10 years well before I had the money to do such things. When the time came I looked into a few other doctors, relying on reviews mostly. Rahban has many videos on social media as well as full length YouTube videos touching on his experience while giving many various examples of many different procedures that portrayed his deep understanding of his craft which was very comforting, he has a very honest vibe to his content and gives a lot of helpful tips on what and what not to do in these types of surgeries even if they're not performed by him which was consistent with my in person consultation. He did end up being my one and only consult even though I promised myself I'd atleast have one other consult given it's such a huge decision to go through with these surgeries I argued that at the very least it's worth the $300-$500 for the piece of mind when spending tens of thousands of dollars however Rahban just had a a great energy I resonated with. Very upfront and honest, confidence was very present but not overbearing. It's important to note I didn't feel "sold" I did feel that my consult was maybe shorter than I expected but it was NOT intentional, looking back I think it came from Dr. just being a 20+ year veteran and answering a lot of questions I had before asking. The staff were all professional and kind, the office is nice and clean upscale as you'd imagine being in Beverly Hills. Sally helped me with everything after my consult she is a real GEM, I couldn't say enough about her she has the best energy, very welcoming and easy to talk to which is exactly what you'd want to possibly calm any nerves from the consult. Pain levels: 7ish out of 10 I'd say maybe it was more just discomfort than pain, I'm not big on pain medication so I definitely always try to take the least amount of meds possible but definitely did need them. I will also add that I truly believe it was more so from doing both surgeries at the same time, I feel that it really wouldn't have been that bad I just did the nose. However talking, eating, drinking with tightness around chin combined with rhinoplasty discomfort was more than likely made it "painful" still was just a 7/10 pain level for me. I did my homework and used creams that helped with the bruising, overall was very minor for me. Results: 9.7/10 One of the first things Dr. Rahban told me was that no matter how well the surgery goes/how good the surgeon is, the nose will heal the way it wants to heal. He also added if any surgeon promises you perfect results it'd be a red flag, there's no way to tell it's impossible to guarantee and he actually insisted I do not go through with his surgery if I demanded a perfect result. "If you're a perfectionist, this is not for you" I happen to actually be a perfectionist, what a curse IYKYK but I still decided to go through with rhinoplasty. I knew that if after 18 years this was something I still wanted bad enough to go into debt for, a better but not "perfect" nose was what I wanted. I ended up getting "lucky" with some very good results, so far, I should say because the nose will continue to heal how it wants. Good shape, very decently straight imo which was a lot straighter than originally. About 3 months post surgery i noticed a very slight bump on the left side close to the tip caused from some cartilage. A year later it remains and on my one year follow up it's the first thing Doctor pointed out. Not sure if anyone else would catch it without me showing them. He also mentioned how the tip of my nose wants to pull to one side (his words not mine) I didn't notice but he mentioned to keep an eye on it and if it's gets worse or becomes to a point where it's unbearable he will need to go back in there to correct it. Still, very happy with my result and I am able to breathe significantly better than before which is a huge deal. The chin augmentation came out perfect as he said it would, he also confirmed that at my 1 year follow up. He also did a small fat transfer to add around the implant to keep a natural look matching my jaw line to chin. Fat transfers are also a little tricky given only a certain percent of the fat is retained. I do notice a little more "fat" slightly retained on my right side being the perfectionist that I am, again, it's a curse. No telling if that will stay or go it bothers me slightly but all faces are slightly asymmetrical. Overall I am a happy customer, happy with my result and I'd do it all over again. I am 3 months post-op from my breast revision surgery and am happy to share my experience not only because I received exceptional care and am happy with my results, but because my situation may help others--especially those who are out-of-town patients, need complex breast revision, or are petite women seeking larger implants. My Background I'm 5'2 110 lbs in my 30s I had my first breast augmentation in 2013 with a highly rated SF surgeon (410cc moderate profile silicone under the muscle). Unfortunately, the results were never right: I had high-riding implants that never dropped, animation deformity, tight chest pressure, poor positioning, nipples pointing downward, unbalanced upper pole, lateral displacement, implants too wide for my petite frame, and an overall top heavy appearance. I lived with these issues for 12 years. I wanted to fix these aesthetics and go larger, but still be tasteful. I was also dealing with new complications and trying to get guidance on what to do. I am very satisfied with my results with Dr. Rahban and his team. I had a breast augmentation done 6 weeks ago and I am so so happy that I went with Dr. Rahban! I can not thank Dr. Rahban enough for how much he has done for me. I had a liver transplant in 2019 and in 2021 had another surgeon try to do a revision of the scar on my abdomen. This went far differently than myself, or the surgeon expected and in turn I was left with more issues and unfortunately a worse scar. After meeting with multiple other surgeons who all recommended something different, Dr. Rahban was the first person to offer a solution that actually made sense. He took time and care in trying to come up with a plan that was realistic, and made me feel incredibly confident in choosing him. He treated me like a person, and not just a patient. Dr. Rahban took his time in the OR, and worked tirelessly to make sure he could repair this to the BEST of his ability. Not even so much as a single suture out of place. As someone who has had non-elective surgeries my entire life, when you go through a surgery that you're opting into, there should be no other way you are treated, than the way Dr. Rahban and his entire office take care of you. I am 4mo post-breast augmentation and I am elated with my results. I went from a large A cup/small B, to a very natural looking 32D/DD, depending on the bra. Not only does Dr. Rahban have a well-deserved reputation for his precision as a surgeon, but he possesses a great aesthetic eye that I can only compare to that of an artist. Not every surgeon has talent like Dr. Rahban, and you'll notice this absence in the photos of their work. When considering a surgeon my criteria was: 1.) A very natural look 2.) Limited scarring 3.) High level of professionalism I'm a middle-aged woman that desired an augmentation after having a child and starting the journey of gravitational sag. My ego and vanity also really wanted to experience having a sexier set of tatas. I wanted to reclaim some attractiveness I felt I lost without appearing artificial. Dr. Rahban accomplished this. Also, as an African American woman, my skin can sometimes keloid. This was a huge concern! Dr. Rahban, however, does all of the stitching himself and takes great care in making sure scarring is minimal. I can confirm that my skin did not keloid and my scar is flat because of his attentiveness in this crucial step. Lastly, I follow a few BH surgeons on IG, but felt most drawn to Dr. Rahban for his relevant content and professionalism. Some plastic surgeons are doing things "for the gram" like dancing during a procedure (why?) or giving opinions with their staff on why they don't drink oatmilk (okay, but I have allergies in my household, so oatmilk it is). I knew that I wanted my result to be functional and correct my deviated septum as well as aesthetic and improve the overall appearance of my nose. It is still healing, but already straighter, smoother, and better suited to my face. I considered all of the top rhinoplasty surgeons, and ultimately chose Dr. Rahban after hunting through every review I could find. After combing through every platform from Realself to Reddit and comparing each surgeon's reviews and results, I found Dr. Rahban's gallery to be unmatched. My nose did develop a bump along the bridge post surgery, which may be apparent in some of the photos. From the research I have done it seems to be a bone callus, something that will either smooth naturally over time or be addressed by the surgeon once the initial swelling has subsided. I will leave an update after my one-year post-op if these issues persist and are not addressed. I highly recommend researching not only the surgeon, but also the procedure itself before undergoing rhinoplasty. I had a lovely recovery with nearly no bruising and pain, and was able to bypass the majority of post-op anxiety and regret by familiarizing myself with the process of swelling and the common emotional reactions felt by patients after cast-removal. I watched several YouTube videos discussing the "post-rhinoplasty blues" as well as the stages in which healing occurs, and encourage anyone considering any sort of plastic surgery to do the same. I am so grateful to Dr. Rahban and his team. Ironically, plastic surgery has drastically reduced my preoccupation with my appearance, granting me freedom from a constant underlying insecurity.
