I…read moreinitially had nothing to compare to Pristine since I've never had a professional housecleaning before. But now I can compare their work with another competitor in the area. After comparing the two cleaning companies, Pristine is good for regular maintenance and jump starting the cleaning process, but isn't the best for detailed work. Overall, I still feel like the price is appropriate for the service provided. This company will still be in my rotation, but just not for my idea of "spring cleaning".

What can you expect? * Victor will visit with you to provide an estimate, and he will listen and deliver what you want and then some. Victor has a great eye for design. * His guys will show up right on time, work hard all day, do high quality work, and clean up leaving no debris behind. * You can expect to be happy when the work is done. * His office staff are great. Starting with Mayra, the office manager, she was so knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, efficient, professional, etc. She made the whole process from scheduling the first consultation to the final install so easy and worry free. She went above and beyond our expectations taking our last minute calls late on a Friday evening and even helping us over the weekend when we had questions about the tile we wanted to install and when we made last minute adjustments to the plan. Victor was very honest, down-to-earth, professional, and respectful. As this was our first flooring project, we had a lot of questions. Victor was always very helpful and patient in providing answers and explanations. He also provided suggestions to us that made the entire project turn out better than we could have imagined. He asked for our input through the project instead of making unilateral decisions. As a result, we couldn't be happier with the final product. Victor's crew did an amazing job. Their craftsmanship was amazing, and they were very meticulous and paid attention to detail in every step of the process. Even in hard to reach places, they extended the same craftsmanship and same level of quality where others might have glossed over. The Team showed up every day on time and worked diligently each day. They always cleaned up after themselves each day and left things as tidy as possible when they left each day. The whole process from start to finish was great. The price was very reasonable for the work that was being done. Unlike other companies we have worked with in the past, there were no "unexpected costs" that came up after the work had been started. The final floor installation exceeded our expectations and we couldn't be happier. We will definitely be using Victor and his Team for future projects and would recommend them to friends/family that might be looking to make upgrades to their home as well.

I've had my area rugs cleaned several times over the years, but this was the absolute best customer service and quality I've ever experienced. Firstly, the communication was A+ and Dillon was super on top of messaging me to coordinate and match up our availability. Dillon and Jordan arrived promptly in the morning to accommodate my work schedule and were even careful to take off their shoes without my asking. They completed pickup in under 10 minutes, quoted me a timeframe for the rugs, and stuck to it without any hiccups and open communication the entire way. Drop-off was a breeze and, once again, they accommodated my work schedule. I forgot to take a Before photo but have attached an After photo showing how pristine their work was! I'll keep referring people to them because of how amazingly they treated me and my rugs. FIVE STARS for 10/10 customer service and 15/10 quality.

But finally I chose to get them looking fresh and made it clear to them that I want these clean, not shrunk or faded and they got it done fabulously with no issues. The old man helping was very polite and understanding. These jerseys aren't cheap and most of them you can't find anymore so for them to take care of them the way they did was unbelievable and spectacular. Definitely would go back and I'm from Arizona used to live in L.A particularly City of BELL but I trust Cali, L.A workers and cleaners!
