Bahn Mi bread and flavor with pork were perfect. Loved extra jalapeños in mine

Ambiance on patio at Victoria court was lovely. Quiet, brick with climbing ivy. Food was great and they bring food out to patio. Enjoyed my meal. Boba texture not great.

I got the pho beef rib eye. The broth had no depth to it, just tasted like salt. Noodles were on the overcooked side. Also I wasn't given any bean sprouts, instead they served cabbage on the side...the lime was brown and Thai basil was old. For the amount you're paying you'd think you'd get quality ingredients. The restaurant was very hot inside, so I sat outside. The service was quick, you just pay and order at the counter.

I came here specifically for Pho after reading the great reviews, but unfortunately I was left disappointed. I ordered a large bowl of the chicken pho, which included fresh toppings such as basil, jalapenos, one lime, cabbage and bean sprouts (upon request). The one thing to be aware if ordering the chicken pho, is that the chicken is cut up into bite sized pieces which sink to the very bottom of the bowl. I was expecting the chicken to at least be larger in size and noticeable. It left me wondering if they accidentally served me a veggie pho, but eventually I came across the small chunks of chicken. I was also hoping for a rich flavorful broth, but that wasn't the case and it seemed to lack seasoning or something. I can't pinpoint what was missing, but I have tried more flavorful pho's from other places. The pho wasn't bad, but it wasn't the best either at a price point of $17.99 for a large. The service was fast and friendly and the restaurant itself is very cute and clean. They also have outdoor seating in the patio area, with heaters provided if dining here at night. Overall, everyone has different expectations when it comes to food but this place just wasn't for me.

    Bravo. We made it!

Absolutely amazing pho! We loved it so much that we ordered extra to take home. The ambiance inside and outside the restaurant had a wonderful, relaxing vibe. What truly made the experience incredible was the warm hospitality of the staff, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and engaging with pleasant small talk. I will definitely be coming back. Even reheated at home, the pho tasted fresh and flavorful, a real sign of quality ingredients. Highly recommended!

This place is AMAZING!!! My first time trying Vietnamese food and I'm so hooked. The Pho was amazing, as was the curry and spring rolls! Highly recommend! Nice local family too!

I came here because I was craving something soupy and pho sounds just perfect. The owner suggested their new spicy pho and it was delicious and flavorful! My only thing is the noodles were a bit overcooked that it was breaking. Other than that, I very much enjoyed the environment and the new spicy pho that hits. Oh, can't forget the Thai tea too. 10/10!! Would love to come back if I ever come to visit Santa Barbara again.

I discovered this place 2 years ago when it was still 4 Eggs and Pizza and was so happy to find a hidden gem tucked away with authentic tasting Pho! There's indoor and outdoor seating and it's nested away between some small businesses in Victoria Court. It's typically pretty quiet and good service. If you want something a little more refreshing this summer I'd recommend the vermicelli bowl!

We found SB Pho on Yelp and went to the restaurant without the reservation. SB Pho is not on the main State Street. It's inside this little europe style food court, which is very cute. We got our table right away upon arrival. We sat outside since it's not that cold and really enjoyed the environment there. We ordered their PHO with beef ribeye small size ($15.99), which was amazing! The broth was super delicious, which was over my expectations. The beef rebeye was very tender. They use the cabbage to replace the bean sprouts, which I was worried about in the beginning since this is not how traditional PHO does, but it turned out very good. They also don't use MSG in the soup, which is very healthy. We also tried Lavender Chamomile Hot Tea ($5.99/pot), which smelled really good and tasted good as well. It's a good bombination with our PHO. The service was good. We will definitely recommend SB Pho to our friends and will visit again to try some other dishes in the future.

    Jasmine tea!

Have you ever had your expectations exceeded? Have you tried something new because it's time. That's what happened here today. I ordered the Bo Kho (beef stew). The flavors! How they enhanced the beef. I'm glad I optioned for the baguette. The crunchy yet soft texture made for great dipping into the spup's broth. I am well pleased and that's rare air!

Very disappointing experience. The food was expensive, flavorless, and came in very small portions. On top of that, the service was rude and unhelpful. Totally not worth the money.

    Vegan pho-- so good!

Hidden inside a quiet courtyard, SB Pho is an unexpected little joint that specializes in pho and Korean-style pizza. I'd heard about this place through a YouTuber I followed and when in SB, I had to give it a try. Originally called "4 Eggs and Pizza," SB Pho unfortunately no longer serves Turkish breakfast eggs and had gotten rid of a lot of their pizza options. We ended up trying their vegan pho and a Korean-style pizza (small). The verdict? The pho was fabulous, with a broth I'd never had before: it was super flavorful and fronted with star anise, which took it over the top. Highly approved! The pizza, while nice and chewy from its sourdough crust, wasn't as good as I'd hoped. It took a while to get it (as it's made to order), and for a small, personal pizza, it was steep at $15. Plus, not a lot of chicken on the pizza, as advertised. Sadly, it fell flat of our expectations. Overall, I'd definitely come back for the pho-- as for the others, they were just-okay.

Sweet, creamy, spicy, tangy, all the good things. The Meatballs "Alla Vodka" were comforting and flavorful, and the Cacio e Pepe Arancini were crispy, cheesy, and exactly the kind of starter I'd want to share again For pizza, the Pepperoni was such a solid order. The chili oil and honey combo makes it feel a little extra without doing too much. I also really liked the Casitas Valley Sausage Pizza. It felt a little more savory and unexpected, but still super comforting in the way you want pizza to be For drinks, we had a spritz and the Bambi ginger mocktail. I liked the mocktail, but it definitely has that ginger spice to it, so one was plenty for me. The only tiny hiccup of the night was that I ordered a bottle of sparkling water and ended up getting a second mocktail instead. Not the end of the world at all, but I was definitely good on the spice after the first one The chocolate chip cookies with brown butter and Jacobsen's sea salt were the perfect sweet ending Chef Oscar Daniel De Santiago was so personable and attentive to detail, and that really stood out. The kitchen seemed to be running so smoothly, and you could feel that care in the pacing, the food, and the overall experience. Best seat: next time I'd probably choose outside over inside, or sit at the bar inside because I love watching people cook Final verdict: worth the reservation. Bettina feels like the kind of place I'd happily come back to, especially for a meal that feels thoughtful, cozy, and actually memorable

The pizza slices arrived promptly with a fresh basil leaf on top. We started with a slice of the pepperoni and sausage #1, which had amazingly crispy/chewy crusts, and a garlic knot which was perfectly garlicky with a pillowy interior. Later we also shared a figgy piggy, which was probably our favorite slice. The fig matched the bacon flavor with perfect balance. Finally we got a cookie to go. Amazingly crispy on the edges and soft in the middle, with pools of bittersweet chocolate, butterscotch chips and a dash of flaky sea salt. We literally walked away in a haze. We are still wondering if that pizza experience truly happened to us. We are out of towners, and even if we never get to experience that again, I'll die happy knowing that I had the honor of consuming this absolutely phenomenal pizza, cookie and knot.
