What a find! We are here for the first time this week for breakfast on a Wednesday. Very friendly service from the moment we walked in. It's a huge space and there's a lot of room between booths, which comforts me. Good squooshy booth seats. We had the corned beef ($13.99), chilaquiles with carne asada ($15.99), and two coffees ($4.50 each with many refills). Everything was excellent. So fresh - the eggs, avocado, everything. It's our first time going here, they weren't too busy when we came on Sunday. The place was a little hard to find, it kind of just blends in with the rest of the stores. They have plenty of parking and seating area. They had 2 huge rooms for dine in. We were helped right away and the person who helped us was nice. I placed my order for to go. I ordered: 1. Breakfast sandwich (sausage on sourdough): No frills breakfast sandwich. My husband liked it except that there was mayo in it. 2. Sausage and bacon breakfast burrito: This was hearty and delicious. The ratio was a little off and mostly potatoes. Overall, it hit the spot. 3. Hashbrowns: Crispy and cooked well. Good portion for a side order as well. Overall a good experience. We visited based on great reviews. We were the only patrons in the restaurant for the first half of our meal. No major complaints but during our meal order m, they had to double check if they had a very common item available. Food was decent nothing incredibly impressive. Service was decent. Not over the top. Ambiance is clear they are a former Roundtable pizza location. Not much has changed. I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese burrito this morning to go 7/17/2025 and there was little to no egg. Not even sure if I tasted bacon. There was more potatoes than anything and it was dry as f**k. PLEASE GIVE THIS PLACE A CHANCE! It is locally owned and deserves more foot traffic than it gets. THEY HAVE KARAOKE NIGHTS! FOOD: The food is simple BUT it was very tasty. I got the SB burger with a green salad as my side. The burger was juicy and seasoned well. The portion was also pretty decent. The mushrooms in the burger didn't look cooked but they were. The meat was seasoned well although, I wish the patty was a little bit bigger compared to the lettuce. The grilled onions were cooked well. You can tell the produce was freshly cut. I thought it was cute that they cut the carrots in circles rather than strips for the salad. It wasn't a big deal but the carrots were fresh and crunchy lol. It was a simple yet refreshing salad. The ranch was so addicting. I was only supposed to put it on the salad but ended up putting some on the burger although it didn't really need it. They buttered that bread so well, nice crunch on the edges but soft and buttery inside of the bread. SERVICE: I was the only customer at that time, it was past lunch time but the server was very attentive to my needs. He gave me plenty of time to choose since it was somewhat a big menu but also I am indecisive when it comes to ordering food lol. He was very nice and welcoming. Can't say anything bad about the service. AMBIANCE: It is a pretty big space that is why I want more foot traffic for this place! It can fill up big families or cater to bigger parties. During my visit it was quiet because I was the only customer there but I would assume during karaoke nights it can get loud and I hope it does get loud that means they have customers! The space is clean, does not reek of the food that's cooking on the grill. Plenty of seatings, great ventilation and the bathroom was clean but it did need to get restocked on some supplies. Overall, I hope they advertise this place a little bit more because I think Santa Maria needs more mom and pop shops rather than more corporate fast food chains. It is a simple dining spot but could be a place to build memories with family or friends. The menu is kid friendly and the price is very reasonable! We are coming to this restaurant for quite a while now and it's usually for dinner time. The dinner is outstanding. The prices are extremely cheap and the food is really good. Also, they have amazing ranch!!!!!! I specifically asked for whites cooked yolks runny...As you can see it came way overcooked. The overcooked egg was hidden under my hash browns on arrival. I did not eat the overcooked egg. The pancakes looked great but were chewy/tough. Then I got the bill! $53.00! 9.99 for two pancakes?? 4.25 for a cup of coffee? Just not worth that amount of money.... Should've at minimum, replaced or been compensated for the bad egg. read more

Outstanding experience. Took a chance on a new place, came here on a trip down south through Santa Maria and so glad we did. The vibe was very comfortable with booths everywhere and big windows without the glare, chill background music that wasn't annoying, and reminds me of those Mom and Pop shops that are inviting, rightstart to finish. The service was wonderful and the food is flavorful and surprisingly a great price. The carne asada was delicious and filling, the salsa and guacamole was excellent, the crema was as well.. Everything was freshly made even at 3pm! The burger was good, bacon was crispy and perfect, and the fries were just the right temperature, texture and were "seasoned to perfection" (that came from a German guy who is very picky and said there was nothing to complain about!). OK, I love this place. I've never been into the restaurant itself. We have always order delivery. With that being said, everything gets to my house, hot, fresh and ready to eat. The food reminds me of a mom and Pop breakfast joint, like a good ole country kitchen. We have gotten the waffles, the breakfast burrito, spinach, scramble, french fries, other chips, and salsa, and whatever it is that we have ordered has mostly been delicious (not a fan of the biscuits). They do want to prepare your food the way you want it to be prepared. My husband likes his bacon extra crispy. Almost to the point of it being burned and they totally accommodated. I like my bacon lightly crispy, and they totally accommodated that as well. The breakfast burrito is a monster. It's potatoes, eggs, cheese, and your choice of meat. I always go for bacon. It is definitely something large warm and will keep you full all day long. The spinach scramble is wonderful. I love the dollops of cream cheese that are in the eggs. It takes it to a whole new level. The hash browns are great, as well as their country potatoes. We have ordered from this restaurant several times and don't plan on stopping. Good stuff. read more

Got a haircut over in Orcutt and was looking for a place for breakfast. Found this little place in a shopping center, called ahead and they said no wait! Walked in and got seated immediately. The wife and I have been doing the local breakfast circuit in the Orcutt area (downtown Orcutt/South Santa Maria). This place kept coming up and I kept passing on it. That was my mistake. It's tucked in a shopping plaza so parking was no problem. We showed up at 9:00am on a Tuesday and it was pretty empty. It's got that classic "American" diner feel and it looks as if it can accommodate a large party too. We were promptly seated and orderd drinks. The menu is big but we stuck with breakfast food which had all the classics. Service was quick and attentive too. Coffee - 4 Star - smooth and easy on the palate, top notch diner coffee and was offered refills throughout the meal. French Toast - 4 Star - Thick soft bread lightly battered (no hanging fried egg edges here). I got the full order which was 6 pieces topped with powdered sugar and salted butter. I loved it. Hash Browns - 5 Star - this style is the long shredded potatoes clumped together. These were cooked and seasoned to absolute perfection. Hands down the best we've had around town. I went with my wife and daughter. We all got drinks my daughter got the burrito and my wife had the chicken fried steak it came to about $16 per person. For sure coming back when looking for a solid breakfast. read more

It's a good deal because the burger is decently sized and it comes with a side of your choice! I got the house green salad, and the overall flavor was fantastic! The chips were a nice touch. The addition of salsa with the ranch was a genius idea, even though it does sound weird, it worked. However, I personally did not like the chicken, and greens other than just iceberg lettuce would have been nice to have in there. The chicken had an off texture and no flavor. If they could replace that chicken with a different cooking style like pollo asado or something with better texture and flavor, and add some spring mix greens, I'd be getting this salad daily! I would say as-is it is definitely still worth a try! The location is perfect because it has a large shared parking lot with other businesses.
