I got my lashes done after a year of not getting them done due to having a severe infection in my eye at a place i got them done in San Gabriel. I decided to come here after reading all the amazing reviews and I WILL be coming back. Ella, was super sweet, patient, and gave me great advice for the shape of my eye and the lashes I originally wanted but I had her decide on what would be best for my eye shape. Very inexpensive compared to other places. My eyes are super sensitive but once i was done, they tingled a little bit but they went away shortly and my eyes feel amazing! Thank you so much Ella. Please come check this place out if you can!

Super happy client here!!!! So I was referred here by my good friend and hairstylist who is a client of Coco. I loved how my friends lashes looked and just had to book an appt! Coco was so friendly on the phone, and was able to accommodate me into her schedule. She was right on time for my appt, her salon was so pretty, clean, and chic. It smelled really nice as well. Such a calm environment for some great self care! She explained my choices and what would work best for me since I wanted a more natural look. We decided on the real mink lashes. She was so gentle and I felt so relaxed! Its almost a week later and I'm so in love with them! I've received so many compliments and my friends cant wait to book with her!

They burned me so bad, it hurts and burns every time I put on lotion, wash my face, make up etc. I've never had this experience before and don't know what to do. Scared that it might leave a scar, or I might have huge scab hanging for awhile. It's affecting my appearance!! Called them and they told me the girl who did my eyebrow is busy, and told me to send the pics of the burn. They didn't even say sorry at first, they had to see the pic. So I sent, they told me to stop by their shop to get aloe gel. That's pretty much it, I wasn't gonna leave a review on yelp, but after talking to her( who is a friend of the girl burned me) I changed my mind. Can't she apologize to me properly?

I wanted to say, by far this is the best lash shop ever! Besides the adorable decor, staffs are all so friendly! Vivian is my lash tech and she's always been so accommodating. Always exceeding my expectations, never fails. I highly recommend

OK where do I even start? I've been to plenty of lash bars and this one is hands-down is the best one. I've had horrible experiences with other lash places where they overcharge and their work isnt half as good as Vivi's. Her prices are reasonable and fair. I get so many compliments about my lashes and I always recommend Vivi she's the best. It's a bit of a drive for me (45 minute drive to be exact) But I don't mind because she's worth it. To top it off this place is impeccable, very clean and very chic. Highly highly recommend this place ask for Vivi she's thee best.

I've been so happy with my lashes for the past few months. I've received multiple positive comments about them at work (I see a lot of people). My friends recommended this studio and I'm so happy I listened. The team here is kind, gentle, and professional. No pushing to up sell or trying to change your mind for their benefit. I've only had one issue and they remedied it quickly. Mia and Coco are great! And from the looks of the happy customers there at the same time I am, the rest of the team are awesome too. 10/10 recommend.

Coco is my lash girl forever! I live in the valley, where there are tons of lash studios, but I will follow Coco wherever she goes! I've tried to find a lash artist more local to me with reasonable prices who does my lashes just right, but I always end up going back to Coco. I would much rather make the drive knowing I will be happy with my lashes. Not only does Coco do a great job with how my lashes look, but she's fast and the lashes last a few weeks before needing a fill. The quality of the lashes she uses are amazing too! Soft & light, but also give the dramatic look I love. I also notice I have less fall out of my natural lashes. She's so sweet and easy to talk to. She makes you feel comfortable Love their new studio! Super cute, the tables are comfortable, and it's very CLEAN! Their prices are very affordable so you can get lashes regularly. Parking is easy. This has been my go to for a while now. They are clean and safe follow COVID guidelines. In all the times that I have been helped I think I had 1 time that the lashes fell out quicker than normal. My lashes usually last 3 weeks till I need to get it filled again. When I had that one incident Vivian took care of me 100% I informed her by phone and she made time for me and took care of the situation with amazing customer service . I have recommended friends in the past and now they are customers too! read more

I love coming here, the environment is so clean, peaceful and may I say gorgeous. Groupon brought me here, and let me say thee best place I've ever been to, to get my lashes done. I waited a week as if today to leave me review. First and foremost everyone is so nice and friendly, extremely clean, covid precautions are taken, your given a card of what lashes you got for next time. I have never had lashes last me a week in. My lashes still look as I got them as day one. The girl who did my lashes I am sorry I didn't catch your name (she's at the end table towards the rr) was gentle, my eyes weren't irritated, and she was done in an hour! I've been to a few lash studios, but this one so far is my favorite. The staff is so friendly and Coco did an amazing job on my lashes. The studio itself is very clean and cozy. The setup up is very girly and intimate. Would highly recommend to anyone an the area looking to get there lashes done and you can't beat the price! And they price match their Groupon so you dont have to buy online and they get the full proceeds! read more

Been seeing Coco for a few years now and she never lets me down when it comes to my lashes. There have been times where my lashes have stayed on for an entire month. She is always super gentle and easy on the glue. Her sets are always very specific to what I ask for. She really is the best. read more

I wanted an eyebrow wax and lashes and they accommodated my request even though it was very last minute. I am very happy with my lashes (I bought the most expensive ones, "real mink"). They are very light and look natural. I told the technician that I didn't want anything that looked heavy or dramatic. She did a great job listening to what I wanted. Thank you! read more

I drive from 40 miles away to see my lash tech COCO She is gentle, fast, and all for good prices. My lashes always last and look how I like them. I have been seeing her for my lash extensions for a couple years now, even before she opened this cute new spot. She is always accommodating when I need to make an appointment for a fill or new set. My experience was amazing, this place is a hidden gem. I'm from the SF Bay Area and although there are many great lash artist I have not found one to do natural looking lashes that last as long as two months until I visited here. Vivian did my lashes and she was amazing and patient. Everyone complimented me on how natural my lashes looked and they lasted a long time. LOVE THIS PLACE! I first found SC LASH on Instagram, I reached out for an appointment and Coco was able to take me that same day! Got to location and there's plenty of parking which is great, walked in and love the deco and cleanliness of everything. My lash appt went very well, she had me out within an hr. She was able to give me exactly what I was looking for., I have since gone back for refill (2weeks) they still looked really good but wanted to ring in the new year right! They get two stars only for the decoration. The girl that did my lashes did a horrible job. It seemed that she was a beginner she stuck the lashes to my eyelids On top of that she put so much glue where every time I blink I could feel like there is something in my eyes. Eyelashes are definitely something every women needs to jump on! I wake up and feel ready for the day no makeup needed. This place is the best bang for your buck! Beds are heated and so comfortable and they have nice relaxing music on. The place is so cute and clean. The ladies are amazing and sweet! I'm so happy I found this place it's very affordable compared to the place I went to before I got a fill with them and they last me so much longer! 2 ladies are very rude there always messing up my eyelashes plus they hardly have any openings. Been going there for a few months and I'm order to make an appointment there asking for a deposit plus paying for the set of eyelashes. I would come almost every 2 weeks n I had went in for an appointment a few minutes early they kicked me out and told me to come back when its time. So I canceled it and left. this isnt right. read more

The second I told her to call the owner, suddenly the price dropped? That's shady and completely unprofessional. The entire experience felt disrespectful, unhygienic, and honestly sketchy. I cannot believe I wasted my time driving this far for this level of service.

I decided to have the lashes for a month to see how well the extensions hold then post a review. Jolin's technique really is spot on! With an impressive attention to detail Jolin noticed that I normally wears glasses and she immediately change the length of the lashes so the lashes won't be touching my glasses. The finish look really was flawless. This was the 4th time for me getting the lash extensions and two out of the four times I had the lashes done at Miss Lash. 1st time at Miss Lash's Diamond Bar location and this time I went to their new location in Arcadia! I fell asleep BOTH times getting my lashes done! Both places have cute designs, clean and comfortable environments and professional lash techs. Customers can book the lash appointments online or call the shop. Highly recommended! I include picture taken on the day I got my lashes and the pictures I just took showing how well the lashes hold a month later.
