Finding a team that consistently delivers results year after year for this long is rare, so I thought I'd share my overdue appreciation on Yelp! The entire V Line team is professional and welcoming. I have worked with all the girls there. In particular, I want to give a huge shoutout to Vivian. She is one of the absolute gems of the client service team, someone who is incredibly knowledgeable in the science behind all the treatments but has never tried to sell me the most expensive service that doesn't suit my skin type. There have been times when she's given me honest advice, even if it meant steering me away from a beauty trend that I don't need yet, because she genuinely cares about my skin's long-term health. From the get-go, I told her that I was very nervous because I've never been to a place like this before. She put me at ease and conducted her assessment. She concluded that I should probably go see a dermatologist for my situation. Though she offered certain services, like a Hydro facial wash, she made it clear that it probably wouldn't be the resolution for me. She gave me some advice as well that should help me out a little bit. What I appreciated the most was her honesty. Going into a place like this with no knowledge freaked me out because I could've probably been very easily taking advantage of, but instead of trying to sell me on things, she was very upfront and professional with me. The interior is dark (could also be that it was a gloomy day) and quiet, but Cindy plays relaxing music as soon as your appointment starts. She offers water upon entry. After the initial face cleanse, she analyzed my skincare and pretty much talked me through the process of the facial and made recommendations based on my skin. My whole experience was very relaxing and I even fell asleep for a couple of minutes. My skin was rough and dry coming in, and is now soft and plump. I definitely plan on coming back. The Himalayan salt room is the only shared area. The interior is well maintained, although it feels a bit outdated. the cleaning staff was attentive and kept the spa clean. I arrived 45 minutes before my massage so I could use the Himalayan salt room and sauna, and take a shower before my 60-minute massage. Overall, my experience was good. They charge $50 for a day pass. I would love to go back and use the spa again sometime in the future.

That basically meant they gave away our original appointment slot to another customer and expected us to wait over an hour past our scheduled time and lied in the beginning by saying it was only getting pushed back by 30 minutes. I decided to cancel my appointment because i wasn't gonna wait longer. Completely disrespectful of customers' time, especially after driving so far. I called and scheduled an appointment to get quoted, they're super transparent about pricing and what to expect, and prices were a lot better than some other places I've reached out to. Paid for 6 sessions of treatment on the upper lip, underarms, Brazilian, and legs, every 4-6 weeks to start and it was super convenient to schedule for all the sessions. I just completed all the introductory sessions 2 months ago, and honestly I've never been so happy with the results! My strawberry skin is slowly getting better, and now the majority of my legs are flawless! No more buying shaving creams and razors! My under arms and Brazilian are a little bit more stubborn but I'm able to schedule touch ups as needed to take care of those soon too!
