The salon offers many types of nail services and I impressed with the options. I've yet to get a pedicure but plan to when the weather warms. As a result, I spent the same amount of money on a manicure they rushed in half the time. The second time, manicure and pedicure scheduled again. The manicure was fine, not great. Had some lumps in the gel. They scheduled my manicure and pedicure an HOUR apart... so they told me to go shop or something? I came back at my appt time and my tech was just starting someone else's manicure. On top of that, one of the other techs looked at my appt and asked why they took off time from my appt slot. They were still going to charge the same though! The salon was supposed to close 30 min after my appt, and the tech was just going to rush me, so I told them to cancel that. Overall, their scheduling is terrible and their customer service needs to improve. I won't be returning.

I started seeing Kayla because she offers the Aprés Gel-X nail extensions. They're like acrylic nails, but gel. They last longer on me, look more natural, are more flexible, and much much quicker than building acrylics or gel nails. Also, they're much less damaging on my nails since they don't life the way acrylics do on me. So if those are issues you've had in the past, hit Kayla up! She's super sweet, and has a lot of colors, glitters, and stamps to pick from.
