What a whirlwind it has been. I had very specific expectations of what I/we wanted and Charles was very accommodating. He kept a professional attitude and willingness to listen and/ or pivot (just like an episode of friends) on location or floor plan with every home we visited. He was informative and helpful throughout the process. Making sure we knew everything about each house and neighborhood. Once we found our new home he walked us thoroughly through the process of escrow, inspections and anything else that came to light when buying a home. It was a lot. We had been so scared to start the process because we thought we would only be getting our hopes up to be shot down but that wasn't the case. Michael gave us so much information in a way that was easy for us to understand. He often sent us links and articles he'd written for each step we were at during the process. It made it so easy (well as easy as it was going to be) to feel reassured that this was a leap we wanted to take. Other brokers we had talked to in the past acted as if our questions and concerns were a nuisance or they would get impatient. Michael was the complete opposite and his team really worked around the clock to get everything finalized and make us feel comfortable. Besides the interaction that we had with one another I want to mention that Michael and his team were great with interacting with ALL the parties involved in our home buying process. His team was definitely received well by everyone and when there are so many moving parts to piece together I believe this made a tremendous difference in how willing and cooperative the other parties were in moving things along. I don't know if she has some sort of mental instability or what's going on with her it looks like she's home every day, and she sometimes even keeps her garage open and sits out on the laptop watching us come and go. It's very frightening. We have been advised legally to not speak to her or respond to anything that she is saying.. she called Marty because the next-door neighbors had a huge truck. and I had time sensitive medication and different products. I needed to get into my home and they were blocking my house and she told Marty that it was interfering with her ability to get out of her home. I believe is what she said which I informed Marty that I was forced to do this because and the emergency lights should've been on. I was waiting for the truck to leave, and I asked the truck driver. Did he need me to park on the street and he said he did not. so she goes running to Marty as for some reason she has decided to target us. at one point, she was jumping up and down on one particular event, saying how she was from LA and banging on the door telling my son that your mom's a B word. I didn't say anything back I went I pulled in the garage and locked the door. I was very scared. She had Marty out there with her. I came out and explained, and said that the car would be parked as soon as she was back in the house . Somehow he must've convinced her to go back in the house I thought Marty handled the situation in a very appropriate de-escalating approach. no, I don't agree with all the way he's handled things in the past. I think he can be recent with when he understands all of the situation.

I had a water leak coming from the upstairs condo Daniel sold to my new neighbor. She did not file an insurance claim like she should have. I did file a claim with Homesite, and this is where all the problems started. The insurance picked the contractors and approved the invoices, which turned out to be the worst experience, with the companies padding the invoices just because the insurance was paying. When my maximum benefit was reached, these same companies started harassing me for payment. This is where Daniel and Rechelle Buksa stepped in. They have gone above and beyond to help me, even though they were not even directly involved in the situation. They just did the right thing even though they did not have to.
