She's gained confidence, found a new sense of focus, and genuinely looks forward to every class. She loves gymnastics so much that we signed her up for the summer camp too! Coach Matthew is equally amazing... he's so fun and engaging with the kids. Our daughter comes home after every class asking, "When can I go back to gymnastics?" Seeing her so excited and passionate has been such a joy. The facility itself is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and filled with great equipment. The facility was clean, especially the bathrooms, and there was plenty of parking available. The kids enjoyed the variety of activities, including the parkour area, balance beams, and trampoline track. My only complaint was that the air conditioning didn't seem to be working very well, and it felt quite hot inside during our visit. Other than that, it was a positive experience, and I can see why families choose this place for parties and activities.

I had previously had her enrolled in swimming lessons but saw no growth in the few months we were attending. In the first month I saw her learn and apply her techniques. I appreciate the ability to make up a class within 30 days and ability to switch classes based off of availability. They do monthly check ins with your child to see their progress and promote them to the next level once they are ready. Each level has its own set of techniques/longer second increments of specific skills as well.

If your child is in afternoon program they are there waiting for your child before bell rings to leave and walk them back to Boys & Girls club. Highly recommend them.

Her athletes learn what it means to be a student-athlete by offering junior coaching programs where they learn to earn their place. Not monetarily, but in terms of leadership and mentorship. MVG understands that it's important for the older kids to be positive role models to the younger generation.
