I went in to the PetSmart and the fish department after I had called and spoke to a gentleman to ensure that they had what I needed which was a hood light for the tank and stand I had previously bought at the store. I was greeted by young lady who went to an elderly lady and worked there to ask her. She greeted me with a very arrogant and ignorant way tell me well you never spoke to me I said yeah but I spoke to a gentleman here and she proceed so what is it what you want talking to me like she was condescending and rude I didn't appreciate it as we go to the aisle where they had the light she tells me that the one that I need is not available I have to take something off of what they got in the wall, which was not many. I said well I bought the tank in hood from here why wouldn't you have a replacement and she showed me stuff with suction cups which is not something I want suction cups fall they will not stay. I proceeded to go home and go to a competitor and purchase what I needed there. I'm done with the store. I don't want to deal with people like that anymore. One incident has ruined many years of relationship buying.

At the beginning he was terrified just to see him and with the patience of Ben and the staff he will now interact with Ben wagging his tail and starting to progress into other training command. The staff was courteous and professional on the phone and in person. We were greeted promptly upon arriving and we were introduced to our groomer almost instantly. The groomer was very sweet and did exactly what I asked for. The entire process took about an hour, which was less than the estimated time. I am so happy that we finally have a quality groomer for my dog! They even have adorable clothes and shoes for dogs. The icing on the cake was meeting the owner, Sydni. She is down-to-earth, kind, and attentive. She took time to talk to my children and I, and made us feel welcome and appreciated. We will definitely be back!

Over the last two weeks I left 4 messages asking them to please call me back to get one of my pets groomed. This store does not call back, even though the manager of the department says they are supposed to return all calls. Well I was finally at the store today to get my 5lb. toy poodle groomed. Now I am handicapped so I sat my dog down on counter for only a few seconds. Well the groomer immediately tried to shove their collar over my hands and my dogs head, then he suddenly ripped my dog out of my hands telling my its against the NEW policy to set pets on counter. My mistake I did not see the new sticker. However after ripping my dog out of my hands he continued to yell at me while holding my dog in the air in one hand. I immediately asked for my dog back, I told him I'm not putting up with how he was abusing my dog nor his total attitude towards me. Then he tells me "Well, its your own damn fault!" There were two other customers waiting in line behind me. One woman asked him why hes being a total jerk. "That's it, I'm not grooming your dog either for calling me a jerk!" So two of us walked out because of him having a bad morning and screaming at people, abusing our dogs. I called the store from the parking lot and got a female store manager. I explained everything to her and even went as far as making sure she knows I am a letter writer and will be writing to the corporate office "customerrelations@petco.com because she barely spoke. She hinted she would have a talk with the groomer and she was very sorry I walked out before talking to her. I won't hold my breath thinking she will actually follow up on the complaint. So I am writing here and also sending to corporate offices.

My Peanut has been going to Pawsh Palace since he was just a tiny puppy, around three months old,…read moreand now he's seven years old and it is STILL one of his absolute favorite places! I did extensive research before choosing Pawsh Palace because I am extremely cautious about who I trust with my dogs, and all these years later, I have yet to take them anywhere else. Their comfort, care, and safety will always be my number one priority, and I genuinely feel like Pawsh is worth every penny. I now have a senior dog as well, and daycare has been wonderful for keeping her active, social, and young at heart. The staff is also incredibly good about following any notes I leave for her. Since she gets tired more easily, I'll ask that she play for a few hours and then spend some time relaxing in her room, and they've always been great about accommodating that. Whether my dogs are there for daycare or overnight boarding, they always come home happy and well cared for. I've even left them at Pawsh for an entire week, and they had an absolute blast. I LOVE the report cards and think they are such a sweet touch. Getting to see pictures of them having fun, both in their report cards and on Pawsh's social media, makes this protective dog mom very happy. Living in Vegas also makes having a place like Pawsh incredibly valuable. When it's 110 degrees outside, there are only so many walks and outdoor activities you can safely do with your dogs. Having a beautiful indoor place where they can socialize, burn off energy, stay active, have fun, and make puppy friends is such a lifesaver. I used to take my dogs to their location near the Strip, and I could not be happier that there is now a Pawsh Palace closer to my home. It's so convenient, just as beautiful, and filled with the same kind of caring staff members I've trusted for years. As a pet parent who is VERY particular about who takes care of her babies and wants nothing but the absolute best for them, I couldn't be happier with both Pawsh Palace locations. Seven years later, Peanut still gets excited to go, and I think that says just about everything. Pawsh Palace is truly a gem, and I highly recommend them!
