Turns out I had bad hyperkyphosis that almost needed surgery, but Dr. Jess was up for a challenge! With the use of adjustments, exercises and stretches, traction and soft tissue work such as graston and dry needling, we FIXED my severe hyperkyphosis! I still continue to see her for weekly adjustments and soft tissue work since I knot myself back up with all my heavy lifting. I ended up calling him at 7pm that Wednesday night, and he didn't answer. I figured they were closed and gone for the day. Well they were closed and gone for the day. But he returned the called 10min later...... He explained everything about the appointment he had with my mom. What he observed, what he did, and what he recommends, etc. What kind of doctor calls a patient back 7pm just to follow up on an appointment earlier in the day?!?! That kind of care and attention usually doesn't exist anymore. I was very surprised, and am very grateful. Besides the fact that my mom almost couldn't walk because of a terrible callus on her toe, and now she's completely fine thanks to Dr. Rubin. A++ podiatrist here. Highly recommended.

It's been over 2 years and the way the manager resolved this issue was to tell me sorry it's nothing we can do at this time because we no longer sell compression stockings! Meanwhile, I'm still sitting here with swollen legs and painful varicose veins! They had over 2 years to get this right and they chose not to. I do not recommend Hanger Clinic of Aurora, Illinois! When I had severe plantar fasciitis yesterday, I decided against going back to the clinic because of the poor orthotics that she made for me. As soon as I saw them, I knew they were poor quality. I wore them for two days, but due to bad pain, I switched back to my 20 year old ones which immediately resolved my foot pain! I called the office and left a message about the fact that I needed to get other orthotics because these caused me pain, but was ghosted. No return call, nothing - other than calls to pay my balance. When I had severe plantar fasciitis yesterday, I knew I couldn't stand the thought of going back to such a callous doctor who didn't have the professional courtesy to call me back - I made an appointment with a doctor in Wilmette, Dr. Gary Rogers, who had Saturday appointments, couldn't have been more friendly, warm, and knowledgeable - answered every single one of my questions - I'm a lawyer - I have lots of questions, lol, - I brought the new orthotics in and he agreed that they were inferior to my 20 year old pair - Even though I paid good money to Weil, I got new ones made, in same quality of my old ones. Not once did Dr. Jennifer tell me that I had bunions or the correct reason that I had a hammertoe. I limped into Dr. Rogers office yesterday due to severe pain, got excellent treatment, including cortisone shot - and today, I can walk with only a little pain! Don't waste your time or money with Weil Clinic-go to an independent podiatrist who actually likes people and is willing to correctly treat and diagnose you.
