The chorizo in the Christy was especially well done--full of flavor without being greasy. My wife loved hers, and the half portion ended up being perfect. We also had coconut lattes, which were smooth and really well balanced. Even though you order at the counter, the staff checked in on us several times, which added a nice personal touch. The space is bright and welcoming with lots of natural light. It's in a strip mall, but being on the end gives it a more open feel. The Southwest, slightly kitschy décor fits the vibe well.
