Do not go to this Schlotzsky's location. The manager was rude and made unnecessary, horrible remarks when we did not receive half of our order and asked for a refund for an online order. He then proceeded to yell once I drove to the store to pick up the correct order. I have contacted the corporate office to make sure this behavior does not occur with any other woman. Shout out for the employee TOBY at this location. He is consistently courteous & patient when taking our orders at the drive thru!!! Yet, still very efficient and fast. Went here last night/Wednesday about 9pm. The person taking orders was yelling at a customer on the phone and cursing. He was doing this while taking the person in front of me's order. He was not rude to me until I asked for a receipt. When I asked for lemonade, he became somewhat hostile and demanded that I go get my own ice. He also made it clear in a hostile way that I would get no refills!! He continued to yell at someone in the phone. I didn't enjoy my food after that, I felt uncomfortable after dealing with that. I was at the Anderson Lane location on Friday between 5;30 and 6. I went to the counter to oder and no one ever assisted me. I assumed I have to put my own order in so I did at the counter on a self computer. A sandwich and drink. When my order was finally done they called my name and went to get my food asked the worker there if I could get a cup for my drink both ppl in the kitchen area never even knowledge I was there or gave me a cup. I noticed a man at the front counter so I went over to him and asked for a cup where he then said " how did I know u had drink I replied by saying it was on my receipt he began being rude and told me "to move the fuck on" I got my cup poured my drink and exit the building. This man might have been a manager Hispanic bald fade rude rude rude. Schlotzskys do better teach ur employees about customer service and how to knowledge everyone with at least a "hello" the ppl in ur kitchen area not once did they look to knowledge me or say thank you so sad. And then, when we remember them, we are always so amazed at how delicious the sandwiches are We had the best experience on Mother's Day when we decided to have a picnic dinner at the park. Joseph, the store manager, took our order and he was so gracious and helpful and on the phone and then even more so when we picked up our order. He even wrote happy Mother's Day on the cinnamon bun box which was a really nice touch We just left there feeling so good and taken care of. My wife tried to pickup a roast beef and cheese for me. She was told they were out of those and only had the smoky beef and cheese. Not sure how you could be out of one and not the other - just leave off the bacon and change a couple of the toppings. I'm also a fan because of their unique marketing efforts. During ACL I passed by the South Lamar location and they were giving away free t shirts, food, and gift cards. Why you ask? Because they were attempting to beat the all time world record for the most people participating in a paint-by-number mural. I loved this creative technique to bring customers in!
