My wife was pleasantly surprised to find that she could order practically anything on the menu with a gluten-free option, including Alfredo. They even had gluten-free bread available as an appetizer, which was a huge deal for her. She normally has to sit there while the rest of us enjoy bread, so being able to actually have some with us made the experience that much more enjoyable for her. Our son ordered the lasagna and really enjoyed it. His only complaint was that the meat was a little dry because there wasn't quite as much sauce as he would have liked, but overall he thought it was really good. Our daughter had the kids' mac and cheese and absolutely loved it. I ordered the spaghetti with meat sauce, sausage, and meatballs, and it was fantastic. The flavor was really good and it actually reminded me of one of my favorite dishes, which is always a good sign. But honestly, what really stood out to us was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming. We never had to ask for a drink refill or wait around for our dishes to be cleared. They were constantly checking on the tables and helping one another. I swear we met just about every employee in the restaurant because they all seemed to work together as a team and made sure every table was taken care of. Our waitress, Shania, was especially great. She was friendly, pleasant, and very helpful when my wife had questions about the gluten-free options. She made her feel comfortable ordering, which meant a lot to us. Overall, this was probably one of the best restaurant experiences our family has had in a long time. The food was great, the staff was amazing, and the atmosphere felt genuinely welcoming. However, the gnat infestation here hasn't decreased at all. You have to keep a ceiling fan at all times just to keep those pests of your food! Don't just wait for the gnats to die off! The staff need to do something about this!
