I've visited this Popeyes plenty…read moreof times since it opened and have never (like most of us) received remotely decent service. We've waited over 25+ minutes for cold mashed potatoes and sad chicken... but TODAY my Friends was different!!! Today Mr Rudy was there!! Rudy took my order without barking at me that they were out of the beloved chicken sandwich or that it is was going be an extra 15 min to cook my husband's spicy thighs, nope!! He took my order exactly as I said it! He didn't add to it or forget anything! I was so impressed, then get this magical shit right here!!! You aren't gonna believe this!!! I pulled up behind 1 car at the window who was paying and then immediately handed their food... whaaa??? Surely they just ordered a drink. So I pull up and the very friendly Rudy repeats my total and takes my card. He made nice small talk about my deceivingly cute Chiweenie, handed me my card, receipt, AND then MY FOOD!!!! Perfectly hot and correct! I got home so quick my husband SERIOUSLY thought I must have forgotten my keys! I am still in utter shock and wish I knew what Rudy drove so I can try this again! I thank you Rudy! From the bottom of my Popeyes loving heart!!! Thank you!!! PS - I almost gave 5 stars.... but I was going for an authentic review & one of my husband's thighs looked as though it was mauled by a dog before being battered and fried. She instructed everyone to get clean spoons and was very thoughtful and everything that she did and she did not seem annoyed at all. Personally, I hate having to be what I feel is so high maintenance but she definitely didn't make me feel that way. I did not get sick and it was very pleasant experience.
