On this visit, I tried to use the app to redeem a coupon for my veggie sandwich and it was just not working. The woman who helped me at the window was friendly and very patient as we both attempted to redeem the coupon. In the end, we couldn't redeem the coupon, however, the woman remained professional, apologized about the issue, and honored the deal on the coupon. My party had a to-go order... and I've been reading around and unfortunately I think my review might have to agree with the common consensus on the service and quality. For the most part, the food was pretty mediocre. It's a sandwich shop, and exactly what you would expect. Their sandwich options seem to be more limited and less extensive than places like Jason's Deli. The California Flatbread did look pretty appetizing, but I wish the ratio to meat and bread was a little more in favor of the proteins. That being said, the sourdough bread was very soft and fresh, but the pizza was not. As you can see, the cheese on top is not even melted, showing me that even if it was delivered late, my food wasn't as fresh or hot as they had claimed. But! This place isn't a good one. You purchase Cinnabon's they be very burnt & crunchy, my family and I came here and I immediately wanted to be refunded. I was told that they are closing at 9:00pm and we arrived at 8:23pm and was told that they were not making anymore and that their were 6 left & them are the ones that were burnt & crunchy. I do not recommend this location to know one, the staff also has very bad attitudes and the cashier was sitting on something at the register on her cell phone, very unprofessional, and couldn't hear due to ear buds. read more

Customer service was great and my food was fixed: I ordered a gluten-free sandwich and side Caesar salad NO croutons due to a gluten intolerance. 1. Bread was added to my plate. Common sense would say this person obviously had a gluten restriction let's leave the bread off thankfully gluten cross contamination isn't a huge deal for me. 2. Schlotzsky's is always a good go to sandwich place. They have a good selection of sandwiches and chips to chose from. When I went they definitely had remodeled this location from what I remembered and it looks great. The sandwich I got was Deluxe Original-Style Sandwich Lean smoked ham with Genoa & Cotto salamis, cheddar, mozzarella & Parmesan cheeses, black olives, red onion, lettuce, tomato, mustard and our signature sauce. Stopped at the store is was not a lot of people place and it was a little busy. I placed my order and sat down. Then a few other people came in and I waited for my food. I noticed after abou10 min others started to get there food. I thought ok maybe there order was simple and did not take very long. I was paticent and waited for my order to show up. Only had about 20 min to get the food and head back to work. A few more people got there order then I was still sitting there. I needed to head back to work went up to talk with the manager and it was either wait another 10 while they made the order or take my money back. I was not happy after he told me the order ended up on the floor and would not have been made until I went up and talked with him. I took the food and left. I had to get back to work and was unable to stop at any other. Sent in a Complaint and got an email from the Store manager and that is where is stopped. Not happy with this store at all. No Follow up and nothing to say I am sorry we would give you a free drink on your next visit. I understand things happen BUT they need to make it right. Also a money off a sandwich would have been nice as well. But there is nothing like that in return. Very Disappointed with how I was taken care of. read more

Schlotzky's as a franchise is delicious. This location can't handle online orders. I've experienced GrubHub problems at this restaurant before. So I showed up 5 minutes past the pickup time window to ensure that my order would be done. When I got there, I was told that it was not ready yet. So I waited. Another Grubhub costomer told me he had been waiting 20 minutes. When I asked again. I was told again that it wasn't ready yet. When I asked again later, they realized that the grubhub order wasn't started yet. The Estimated pickup time was 6:15pm-6:25pm. It was 6:44 when they hadn't started it yet. We just moved back to Texas last night and to my delight I saw that Schlotzsky's delivered to my area. It's been over 10 years since I sank my teeth into a Schlotzsky sandwich and for me I was not disappointed. If I could order a caprese sandwich every day I would but sadly my joy was diminished when my husband who has never had Schlotzsky's ordered the Angus Roast Beef & Cheese sandwich. Much to his dismay it came with meat & cheese only. No sliced dill pickles, red onion, lettuce, tomato, light mayonnaise and signature sauce. Talk about bad first impressions. Sadly he was only able to eat half the sandwich as we have no condiments in our home yet and it was just too dry to eat. This is the closest Schlotzsky's location to my office, and it's been very good to me over about three or four visits within the last few months. I always order the same thing: medium original deluxe with extra olives. I eat half for lunch and half for dinner, it's my "calibration meal" (as I refer to it) on my weight management plan (yes,I'm serious), and it's worked well for me. I've always received fresh bread and a properly assembled sandwich here, as well as service with a smile. Today, I redeemed a reward (from the Lotz 4 Me Club) for my sandwich, and the transaction went very smoothly in the drive thru. I held up my phone so that the cashier (who was much more attractive than the name on the receipt, "TERM 2 PM" would suggest :) ) could read the numbers, and I was away in a flash. I work nearby and I go through the drive thru here at lunchtime quite often. The food is always great and the customer service is excellent. Once, my order was mixed up with another customers and I didn't realize until I got back to my office (the meal the other person ordered was still really good!). I then checked my bank and saw that I was charged for both orders. Simple mix-up at the drive thru. I popped in after work and showed the manager my receipt vs what I was charged for and he refunded the extra charge right away and then offered me a free meal for the inconvenience! I didn't take him up on it because I had somewhere to be, but it was a nice offer. He was very friendly and apologetic even after he had resolved the issue. I absolutely LOVE this location, everyone except one guy is so friendly & really accommodating with a fantastic attitude. Sara especially, is a wonderful, friendly person who works here but again, all of them are great except the one guy. My absolute favorite thing is that it's comfortable, plus, with the phone app I get some fantastic rewards & love having lunch once in a while for less than $3 or free. I have made this my "go to lunch spot" and even have enjoyed dinner from here as well. The absolute yummiest sandwich is the new pretzel bread with bacon, avocado, and muenster cheese with the side dipping basil sauce/soup - I want to eat those for breakfast!!! Speaking of I really do wish they would open for breakfast. My understanding, the staff is all for it and so am I because I would visit at least 3-4 times a week - sometimes twice a day esp if they had the above sandwich on the breakfast menu. My Turkey guacamole was good. The toppings where just right and met the company standard. I did use the women's rest room which can USA bit of improvement but lucky the staff mentioned their future renovations. I hope that the renovations include the HVAC system as several if the diffusers were rusty from either past moister problems or system leaks. They defiantly need to be changed. Just left this location and I want to start by saying we typically love the Schlotzsky's franchise. However, this location is by far the worst experience we have ever had. We are a family of 4 (two small children). We waited patiently 45+ minutes for our order. My husband finally asked them the status on our order. Supposedly, their printer was out of paper and it didn't print in the back. But people that came in before and after us, all received their orders. Upon learning of this "mistake" the customer service was very poor. They do not care if they have your business or not. I know others on Yelp have had issues here, but I can't say I have and I've been coming here for a while. Got my usual to-go order on a Sunday evening, the Pastrami and Swiss, and once again it was outstanding. Order was correct and got my food in less than 10 minutes. Sandwich was spot on, bread nice and fresh as was the meat, cheese and mustard. Love their brand of chips as well. Also can recommend the Smoked Turkey, the Turkey Bacon and Swiss and the Turkey Guacamole among others.
