We also overheard an employee say, "Why didn't you let me know the timer is off?" At that point, we hoped the smell wasn't coming from our order. Unfortunately, when we got home and opened our bags, we found that the bread on all three sandwiches was burnt. To make matters worse, we also purchased a cookie, and it was extremely hard, as if it had been sitting out all day. For the amount we paid, we expected much better quality and attention to detail. But here's my experience: I walked in. There is a gentleman with blonde hair and a cap on who welcomed me. I tell him that this is my first time ever coming to this establishment. He doesn't rush me.
