I must say this is probably one of the BEST sandwiches I have had in a very long time! I was worried at first because there was a Karen complaining about how it was taking them 30 mins to make her salad. However, that was NOT my experience today. We place our order and it was ready to go somewhere in the 5 - 10 mins. Let me tell you I would have waited 30 mins for this sandwich if I knew it would be this good. My order was an Original but I swapped out the ham and salami and substituted roast beef instead. It came out hot and fresh and the bread and the sandwich was beautiful and delicious! The bread was amazing! They absolutely loaded mine down and I didn't ask for any extra meat or anything. I got just the sandwich and it was $8.99. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS!!!! read more

My hubby really enjoyed his Beef Bacon Smokecheesy sandwich! The salad was good, most of it seemed fresh except the mixed greens which were sort of limp/soft, and the ranch was tasty. The restaurant seemed clean and bright, and the staff was friendly. We would return, especially to try other options! read more

We hadn't had Schlotskys in a while and were excited to revisit one of our favorite places. Unfortunately this was quite disappointing. The bread was stale, the bathroom has a mat with stains in front of the toilet (we know what those are from) and my turkey sandwich was loaded with pepper...which I never asked for. The whole family was milling about in and out of the kitchen from outside at the gas station-gross all around. read more

While the sandwich was good, it took 30 minutes to get a single sandwich. It was clear they either gave the sandwich to another customer or lost the order somehow, and they didn't pause the orders to correct it. Great dinner here again tonight! Service was much better this time. We were waited on right away and they got our order right but we had to ask for our chios because they forgot them again. Had two original deluxes, medium. One with no olives and the other as they make it. Also tried the broccoli cheese soup for the first time and loved it! Delicious! [Drive through] My first time visiting this location was great, good friendly service and quality food. However my visit today (Sunday) lacked even average service experience. A three minute moment of complete silence while the attendant attempted to find the un- sweet tea button and then when we arrived at the window, she did not mutter a single word. No "hello" or "here's your drinks", "here's your food" or even a simple "thank you". A very awkward and borderline rude experience. I was not impressed at all. The dish I ordered had grilled chicken which was cold. I've never had a pasta dish in which the chicken was cold. Several tables around me ordered pizza and they seemed to be pleased...maybe that is what they specialize in instead of the pasta dishes. read more

I have ordered food from here twice. Both times it was literally written down what I want, and both times it was wrong. The first time I paid for items not on the sandwich. The second time they added 2 different types of meat to my sandwich. I'm a vegetarian. Will not go here again. How hard is it to just read an order and complete it? read more

Lisa Michelle was a delightful server. Our order was perfect and it was so, so great--fast and fabulous. My husband and I were pleased with how fresh it was, how warm it was, and how tasty it was. my order was right and fine. the line wasnt even long and the workers were all yelling at the lady at the window. she could barely get through my order or even hear me because the workers were yelling at this poor girl to move the line. were was the manager? i work in customer service and we have a drive thru. this was not okay and a place like this should not have caused this much stress and rudeness to their coworkers. will be back only if that poor girl is still there read more
