We've visited the location in Derby KS before, and had a decent experience. However, on 21 Feb we had a bad one. We walk in already knowing what we want. Two workers are preparing food in the kitchen. We stand there waiting to be helped; not a single "we'll be with you shortly" or any other acknowledgement at all. Five minutes go by, ten minutes go by and it's obvious they see us but are in no hurry to help us. We both leave and enjoyed a good meal at Chick Fil A. Don't see any reason to go back anytime soon. read more

I went in tonight and it looked like they were having some computer issues. I had a pretty big order and I don't feel comfortable eating in restaurants quite yet so I called ahead, the only reason it even got one star is because the gentleman who took my order and the young woman who helped me when I got there were very kind and understanding. Since they were having problems the girl asks who I'm guessing is her manager what to do and I hear he yell "JUST TAKE DOWN HER CARD NUMBER" Which I am completely not okay with and that is very unprofessional of them and then I see her walk past WITHOUT A MASK during a global pandemic. I've been a customer for years but this is the last time! :( I didn't get the mangers name but she was smaller older blonde lady. Very unprofessional and if you want to go to a restaurant that cares about your health I wouldn't eat here!! read more

I have always loved Schlotzskys! Yes they are a bit slow, yet they are delicous. There isn't much to comment on, they have the most AMAZING sour dough bread. I asked if I could buy some. The man said they can't sell it since it has no preservatives in it. It would mold in 2 days. They can't even give it to the Lord's Diner, a free serving line, due to this. I can't find Cinnabon for a review but it's the same location as Schlotzsky's near Angry Elephant in Wichita, KS. I went with my wife 2 separate days because we've always known Cinnabon at other states to be the spot to go to for Cinnamon Rolls. First time we went I was the one craving for Cinnabon so I got one to go and tried eating it as I was driving away. Man that was a mistake. I should've tried it right there on the spot because it tasted like it was either sitting there from yesterday or at least 2 days. So just a couple of days ago 22Oct2021 I went there with my wife and she order 4 for my kids and my wife said it didn't look fresh, but the worker insisted that it was fresh. So she took the dishonest workers word for it and I looked at it you can tell the cinnabon was not fresh (it was dark as hell and the frost on top looks like shit). I've tried several Cinnabon in many states but never tasted crap like the one in Wichita, KS near angry elephant. Never take there word for it. I come here often. Food is good and people are friendly, but...the Cinnabon is only good if you get there right after they make it. Just leaving now. Did online mobile Oder and added a six pack of minis. Got there and called like it said for curbside. No one answered. So I went in. They were finishing up order. Those rolls looked 4 times baked. They get all hard. Guy said they were there at 8:00 am this morning. It's almost 2 in afternoon! I get it's hard to judge how many to make but how about making some fresh rolls every now and then. This has happened too many times at this same store. If I'm paying 13.00 a box they gotta be at least semi fresh I'm going to find a new spot. read more

So I decided to grab lunch here, haven't been in awhile and the girl at the window was absolutely horrible! I asked for a medium ham sandwich, I got a small... I asked for no ice in my raspberry lemonade and she gave me ice.... I go through their drive-through on a regular basis and always order the same thing: a turkey club salad without croutons. I'm always out of there in 2-3 minutes. Two days ago I went to the drive-through and waited a few minutes with only one car in front of me and she was still at the speaker giving her order. I didn't know at this point if it was the employee or customer taking so long but I didn't have the time to wait. So I left the drive-through and went inside. HUGE mistake!!! I waited a few more minutes for two customers in front of me (there was only one person taking orders during this lunch-time period) and quickly gave my order and paid. I then glanced at the clock and it said 11:52. I stood there expecting my order soon and a blonde woman in the kitchen asked me about my order and I said "a salad." She yelled at someone to get on the salad. I waited and watched as four cars went through the drive-through and were served. Finally at 12:01 I told the cashier that it had been 9 minutes and I wanted my money back because I needed to get to work. He said he would have to get approval from his manager. By then there were 2 cashiers working. The blonde woman then appeared with my salad so I took it. I glanced at the clock and by then it was 12:02. TEN DAMN MINUTES TO GET A SALAD! This is unacceptable since I know from previous experiences that it takes a fraction of that time to get a salad without croutons. What is the problem? New management? New employees? Bad employees? Understaffing (I.e. bad management)? Whatever it is needs to be fixed. If I ever go there again it will be through the drive-through because they obviously have priority over people inside (once they get to give their order). read more

Love the sandwiches! It's a different style of bread. I like the jalapeño bread and get the fiesta chicken sandwich (I think that's the name of it), minus olives. Then add their hot sauce! The have fresh Cinnabon's too! read more

I love Cinnabon! I can't say much about the rest of their menu though since I haven't tried. I would have given 5 but I've had Cinnabon's prepared better. I got the pecan-bon with very little sauce and at room temperature. I took it home to microwave and that surely improves it tenfold. About 10 seconds does it. Service is horrible! I was in the middle of placing my order when the phone rang and I stood in line for another 5 minutes while the employee took a call in order. When I expressed my displeasure, the employee Asia proceeded to call someone from the back, stating she did not have time to deal with customers and walked away. I was still in the middle of placing my order. I then had to wait another 20 minutes before my sandwich was ready. I will not visit this establishment again. read more

I love Schlotskys. We do not have them where I live, so I buy them when I am out of town. So, I know what a Schlotskys is like and this was not the normal. There was nothing on my original cheese schlotskys. It was pitiful. I had a blob of mustard, a tiny bit of lettuce, 1/2 slice of one kind of cheese, three teeny tiny pieces of olive, a slice of tomato and a tiny slice of red onion. This is not a normal sandwich I usually get at schlotskys. I am so glad I went alone. I started to ask others, and now so glad I did not. I really should have taken the sandwich back and asked for my money back. Someone needs to fix this place. What is so funny about this is the picture shown on this site for this store is pitiful too. Do you see that picture? Ridiculous. Who would come here again if this is what they get for 6.49 for a medium. I can go a zillion other burger places, sandwich places and beat this all to heck..
