After 2 years in Salina, I decided to stop by and try out this place. I was not disappointed. I have made a few visits since. Service has always been stellar and the food is pretty decent too. The sandwiches - especially the croissants based ones - are really good. Plenty of side and drink options. If you are in a hurry and are looking for a quick bite, this is the place. Plenty to choose from. read more

McAlister's Deli - Sweet tea!!! - Delis Near Me - Wichita, Kansas

An update from past experience and not much has changed. I received a sad chicken salad sandwich... a dab of chicken salad and a cup full of ice with little tea. I spent $14 on lunch today and it didn't fill me up. This is not a funny joke. read more

Love McAlister's chicken salad croissant sandwich and their potato salad. My go-to when I dine there. Never disappointed. Service always fast and friendly. I always sit in one of the back booths for quiet time. A great local deli that's sure to please with their menu options. My only complaint is the parking lot‍, crazy! read more

Fast casual deli with a variety of sandwiches. The reuben had a lot of meat. The chicken salad was ok. The salad was fresh and the potato salad could be cubed a tad more but was good. The chili was like a spicy puree. The sweet tea was excellent. The service consists of taking your order and delivering your food to you. read more

The speed of food prep is amazing. Have been happy with food in the past but this time, the Meatless Chili was NOT very good. It was very dry, lacking in any extra ingredients besides beans and basic chili flavor. It was just boring. Person behind counter didn't provide whole story about charges. read more

Busy Saturday afternoon. Looks like a soccer team was visiting Wichita and decided to eat McAllister. Entire staff hustled to clean restaurant and take orders . Hang in there guys! You did a great job! Food was ok the Cuban sandwich was more like a ham sandwich with little amount of pulled pork. Will choose a different item on menu next visit. But kodos to staff for the great service on a busy day. read more

We've always been McAlister's fans. But the last couple visits have not been what we've grown to expect from them. The chicken salad and the BLT sandwiches have been lackluster. Today, my wife had the southwest chicken salad. The lettuce simply was not fresh. Much of it was a dark green, wilted color. The restaurant was not busy at all and no one offered to refill my ice tea glass. I know you can do better. I must say the restaurant was very clean and looked very nice! read more

This is a great McAllister location. The restaurant is very clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The food choices are vast, this is a good restaurant to get something delicious and healthy. I highly recommend this McAllister's location. read more

I received the best customer service I've had in a very very long time from Dena today. I genuinely cannot remember the last time I received service that was so friendly, efficient, personable, and helpful as Dena was today. She brings an inviting energy to the front register and is a very valuable asset to you guys. Just for demographic information, I am a 23 year old male and I NEVER go out of my way to leave a review or feedback, but this interaction I had was too good to not to have it documented. Please take good care of Dena, she's amazing at what she does!! read more

This franchise gives me the vibe of a Panera, which way better portions. The workers there were quick and efficient. They added seemingly the whole package of meat into our sandwiches. The portions here are crazy, from the meat to the drinks. I absolutely loved my Italian sub, it tasted so fresh. We also got the pulled pork spud which was a let down. It lacked flavor and didn't have much topping for the huge potato. Would come back for the sandwiches again however. read more

McAlister's Deli - Italian sub w broccoli and New Yorker w potato soap - Delis Near Me - Wichita, Kansas

Great sandwiches and quick service. Lots of meat on the sandwiches without any extra cost.

Terrific Deli and with the large amount of people ordering, I can see why .. .. Super-Friendly Staff, large dining room and top-rate Sandwiches .. .. I ordered THE ITALIAN to eat and the TURKEY to eat the following day on the plane .. .. The Italian was just overflowing with delicious meats and was fantastic .. .. The Turkey at 34,000 feet was mouthwatering the following day and made everyone on the aisle just plain envious!! :))) So, if you're near anyone of their stores, or near the Airport, stop on in .. .. It'll make your tummy happy!! read more

McAlister's Deli - Let's Eat!! - Delis Near Me - Wichita, Kansas

I have enjoyed McAlister's for several years, especially being able to get a half salad that's just the right amount of food at a budget friendly price. I discovered this evening that is no longer the case. Now, a half salad is priced at nearly the price of a full (less than one dollar difference). So I got the full. More food than I wanted for more money than I'd budgeted to spend. So I'll be exercising my consumer freedom to do business elsewhere read more

I have never been to a McAlister's, even though we have them where I live. I chose this for lunch, as I was meeting my Papa before I left town, and it's location to his house and the highway. Also, open on a Monday, which is harder than you would think. He is deaf in one ear, and can have trouble in open public spaces. We came around 11 and the place was very quiet. Once noon hit, they were rocking and rolling, but the back of the restaurant stays pretty quiet, even with all the hustle. And they were hustling. The service was very friendly, but the biggest surprise was the food. I ordered a half turkey sandwich and garden salad. That's not really a exciting order. What I got was a delicious sandwich on excellent bread, and a sizable salad with a nice lettuce mix, fresh veggies, and croutons. He got a French dip and Mac and cheese, which he enjoyed, but commented on my salad. I typically like to go local, but this was perfect. And I bet he will be stopping by as well. read more

We love their food when they can manage to get our order right, unfortunately this doesn't happen often. Make sure you open all of your containers for take out. My husband unfortunately just forgot to check tonight. It's crazy how little they care in ensuring orders are right. Salads with no dressing, no crackers, and other missing ingredients. Today it was missing pecans from both of our salads for which we have spent hundreds of dollars on and always order the same salad with extra pecans. Customer service is horrendous, no accountability. read more

The food is always good and on time. I recommend this location because of its efficiency.

After traveling all day in the freezing weather, I stopped in here to pick up a quick dinner to-go. I was immediately taken care of and got the order in very quickly. I forgot to have my rewards barcode pulled up but the cashier just asked for my number and got my points to me easily! The ordering process went well and my meal was ready in minutes. The restaurant was clean, smelled fresh, and all employees that I saw had a smile on their face and were incredibly nice to me. One of the best experiences at a McAllister's I've had in a long time! read more

Great salad! Clean bathroom and our food was quickly served. It was a little loud with the seats almost all full after church on Sunday.

It's not bad but not great. The sandwich I ordered was average. It took about 5-10 minutes after ordering, they make the sandwich in the back instead of in front of you, so I stood there waiting for it. Ambiance seemed like an old folks home cafeteria, kind of dated. I think this is the first time I've eaten here and I probably won't return as there are better options. read more

What's happening to McAlister's. The sides are so small now they use shallow cups to make it look like a normal serving. Manager seemed apathetic to the issues. Prices have gone through the roof 3 of us get sandwiches with one side. $50. No thanks can afford that anymore. read more

Really enjoyed it here!! We had a great experience and will be eating here again. Hey read more

My husband and I ate lunch at the Ridge and Maple location last week. We frequent this store and have tried other locations but this is the best. I had a 1/2chucken salad sandwich and 1/2 a berry salad and my husband had 1/2 a spicey turkey and 1/2 a garden salad. Received our food in a timely manner and every thing was fresh and good. Store was clean and there were several people making sure everyone had drinks and were satisfied with their food. Store was extremely busy as it was 1230, but customers were moved through the line quickly. Excellent place to grab a quick bite to eat! read more

Good, inexpensive food, and fast service--but almost too fast! My family hardly had time to get settled into our seats before our food was being brought to us. And then we were checked on by servers a few too many times during the meal. I know that's not a common complaint while eating out, but it almost made it hard to relax during our lunch because someone was always stopping by the table. read more

Every other time I've been here, the food has been outstanding. I typically get their Mac n cheese or I get tomato soup and half of their five cheese grilled sandwich. On this visit they didn't have tomato soup, which I understood seeings as they have a "daily soup menu". So instead I got a five cheese grilled with a side of mashed potatoes and gravy. The potatoes were wonderful but the sandwich could have been way better. The cheese wasn't even melted and it was cold when it got to the table. I'm extremely disappointed in the quality of this meal. It will not deter me from eating here again, I just hope next time will be a better experience. read more

I first tried McAlisters's in Alabama and was very impressed. And I also ate at one when I moved to Texas and again it was great! We do not have them in California and I wished they did. I was happy to see they have them in Wichita. Service was friendly and quick! I had the New Yorker, which is 1/2 Pastrami and 1/2 Corned Beef with spicy mustard on marble rye. Come with one side and 2 pickle spears. I got the steamed broccoli as my side. Everything was hot and delicious. And the sweet tea is also very good. read more

First I would like to say that we frequent this location. Location and quality of service and food/drinks definitely bring us back. We ordered takeout online on Saturday around 12:30. Order took about 20 minutes to get ready. The app is free and really easy to use. I DEFINITELY recommend that you explore the customize option as it can save you money in the long run. For example I was going to order soup, but noticed that I can add a cup or bowl (I got the bread bowl) for a dollar cheaper as a side with the sandwich than as a side alone. Highly recommend for take out or dine in!! read more

Excellent! Huge menu with so many options to choose from. The best muffaletta around!

This place sucks! Like most resturants in this city they cannot manage to do things with any kind of consitantcy. It is clear they don't give a shit by the number of times everything is cold or wrong or just missing in general. And this particular one keeps running out of shit lids, large cups, forks? I've tried to let things slide but I can only stand getting ripped off so many times and when more and more restaurants are going to pot, it has a tendance to piss a person off! read more
