I had a lady call me today to see if she could cash a check that was written in march of 2022 and cleared in March. We were given the run around about the fees on multiple occasions. I paid the remainder for my Mom's stone in May of this year and they still have not ordered the stone. There have been multiple changes in management since our parents' funeral service in 2022. These are loved ones and Veterans and they certainly should be treated with dignity and respect. This did not happen.

The staff is very respectful and forms personal relationships with the grieving family members. They do a great job putting the services and burials together. They take all the family's wishes and turn them into a beautiful, heartwarming ceremony. The funeral home always provides the grieving families with food for the receptions and flowers for the ceremony as a personal way of sending the family their condolences. Most of the funerals in my family (and among friends) have been held here, and we couldn't have asked for anything or anyone better.
