I did my first time ever spray tan there with Jen and it all went well. I did the 24k with 2 coats and it looks great instantly, not orange like a bronzer would do!!!! I wanted a trial before doing it on my wedding day just to see how it would look. The result is amazing it really just looks like a real sub tan! I'm usually a pale skin that burns and doesn't tan much, so that option was great for me. Jen was also very professional which is very important since you are totally naked to get your spray tan... She also gave me good advice on how to keep my tan longer, what soap to not use etc. I will be returning a couple of days before my big day now that I'm satisfied with the result! read more

Unfortunately my previous review is null and void. We've been seeing Jennifer literally for years and she's always done a fantastic job but after yesterday, no more. Made an appointment for makeup and hair, thru whassap messaging. Asked for the price, okayed the time, and remarked that 19% is a big tax. Not once said we're not coming. Showed up after traveling from America, hundreds of miles only to be told her assistant, Hannah was already booked. Hannah questioned us, wanted to see proof that this indeed was the time slot, implying we were lying somehow. My friend burst into tears when she was told the appointment was never confirmed. Whenever she can't make an appointment she has made it clear as crystal. On top of it, when my friend got upset, the other makeup/hair people who occupied the building looked at my friend like she was a freak, as if they have never seen someone cry before. They didn't really try to comfort her at all (offering her a bottle of water? How about a hug?) and then the woman on the first floor insisted we leave the building in order to call Jennifer.We were told maybe Hannah could squeeze my friend in but when pressed that was a no-go. They tried to call one place which of course was totally booked. Jennifer apologized and said it was her fault, not theirs, however, she never gave us follow up, made no attempts to make it right, and when I called her today she refused to take responsibility at all. My friend was humiliated, felt like she was treated less than human. Fortunately we found another place, at the very last minute, literally who took my friend in and treated her with respect, dignity and utmost professionalism. That is the bright spot to this sad story, which includes my friend missing her event's scheduled start time because of this fiasco. My friend's heart was broken-she came to love Jennifer as a friend....This is no way to treat a loyal customer...or friend. read more

I am stasified with my Tan, i did 24k spray, 2 coats and i dont look orange. My skin is very light and i was very concerned changing to ornage. The venue itself is very clean and feels "private". Staff is amazing and friendly. O am coking back and brining friends. read more

I have never gotten a spray tan. I have seen too many friends turn orange and have always been hesitant to try it. My friend has been here and her tan looked amazing, super natural, so I thought I would give it a try. Jennifer did my tan. She was so polite, easy going, and answered all my questions. She did my spray tan perfect, not too dark, just a nice natural tan. Her place was super cute also and clean. The woman who did my tan was sweet and was very clear with her instructions. She never made me feel uncomfortable even though I was standing in front of her naked! Went here for prom makeup and hair and went home and had to redo my makeup and fix my hair. Wouldn't recommend going here. I showed multiple pictures of what i wanted the makeup to look like and my makeup came out the opposite of what i showed. Way too overpriced for the horrible makeup application. read more

The location is a modern and a comfortable space and I loved the decor which was neat and clean. I got my make up done for a family photo shoot and my family could not stop complementing me (that's especially unusual for my mom). I was a bit apprehensive prior to the appointment, but that all changed once I met Jenn. She was fantastic! I was very very pleased with everything. She used initiative and she had the right foundation for my skin tone. She was personable, friendly and knowledgable. She's an absolute pro! I could tell that she has a passion for beauty and a passion for helping me feel my best. Jenn is now my first choice for the next time I need my makeup done. Best spray tan I have had! As someone who is very pale in the winter months, I left Jen's studio with a subtle and natural glow. The colour is still showing after 5 days.
