I know in the past they have…read morealways helped customers with minor bulb changes and or brake lights etc. This occured only if they were able to reach the item without causing damages (which I do understand). It is my understanding that my son and husband went there between the hours of 1230-115 approixamately. The guy who waited on them was extremely rude to the point my son had to tell him not to talk to him that way. My husband who is a retail manager for another operation came home and told me how rude the guy was. The employee went on to tell them, I'm not doing that I'm by myself. My son told me, excuse me sir I don't know how your system works and you will not talk to me this way. I want to put this out here, because I know how some people are treated in various areas of suburbans. When we visit the O'Reillys in Oak Forest, they are extremly respectful, professional and intelligent, unlike this staff member in the Chicago Heights, Western Avenue Store. My suggestion is if you don't want to work or you are stressed due to circumstances beyond the customers controll, please do the customers a favor and stay at home. None of us want to be treated in this way or deal with negativity as a consumer. I'm extremely disapointed in your behavior.

After calling Hhi they stated the part was in stock. I called back Nov 14 2016 and Haven then stated that he made an error and the price was wrong for the caliper and he was going to need to charge me more. I then said if he would have been honest with me a said the part was priced wrong, I would have worked with him. I said i thought he should honor the advertised price since he lied to me about the part being on back order and keeping my money for 14days. He then told me NO! your money has been refunded. So i go back to his website to see what the correct price is, now it states its $400. All of this over $4, seriously.

It got so bad they tinted the service bay windows so you couldn't see what they were doing . Not worth the overpriced service , lack of skill set,and poor experience. 2022 was my last horrible made appointments at Indiana since New Lennox (2021) simply cancelled appointment and lied about contacting me . I took off work and was unable to get anything done. Indiana shop canceled appointment randomly while I was on the way to my visit. I got in hold with Regional manager who refunded my lifetime warranty alignment charge and gasoline for both trips that were out of my way by hours.
