They reached out to me several times asking if I would please bring the car in for a physical inspection, and after a few weeks of back forth emailing, I thought I would try my luck. So I called the dealership, and no one answered. Eventually I got to a recording giving me the option to leave a voicemail. I should have trusted my instincts at that point (what car dealership literally just doesn't answer their phone?) But I thought maybe it was just a fluke, so I called one more time, and this time they DID answer. We set up an appointment for me to come in, and I even got a confirmation via text. So off I went. When I walked into the dealership there was no one at the front desk. So I'm walking around the place like an idiot trying to see if someone is around to help. The only employee I saw was a salesman who was engaged with a few customers at his desk. There was another employee standing outside smoking a cigarette who saw that I needed help. He got the attention of the salesman and pointed at me as if to say, "hey can you help this guy?" He walked over to me and asked what I needed. I told him I had spoken to (we'll just call her employee "A" as I don't want to mention their name) and we had set up a 2:30 appointment to get my car appraised. He said he would go and get the employee as soon as he was done with some paperwork, and in the meantime I could take a seat in the waiting room. So I waited there for twenty minutes and after it became apparent that no one had any intention of helping me, I left. I drove over 20 miles out to Naperville and wasted an hour and half of my day. What a waste. I just don't get how this is how a business could run, especially one where customer service and reputation is paramount.

The moment I walked in the door, this clean, boutique shop was a completely different experience. I was greeted immediately and put with Sean who showed me the car I was interested in. It was stunning and was clean and detailed beautifully. There was no pressure, just showed me and allowed me to take the time in it I needed until they took it out of the showroom to let me test drive. It was an excellent choice for me and remained on the top of the list. My only reservation was the response time with regard to my trade in, but I once I made contact with Bob, things went quickly and smoothly. He offered me a generous trade in and when I went to pick up the car, he was super nice and made me feel very comfortable. It's now mine and I have never been so in love with a car.
