    First of all this elderly man idk his name I didn't ask because he was very rude & grumpy he responded to me in a irritated voice I tried to tell him what's was wrong with my car very quickly so I can end the conversation with him mind you I got here at 11 he told me that he tech wouldn't be back from lunch til 3 so y'all giving out 3 hour lunch breaks hmm then he ask you sure you want to stay it's not guaranteed we'll get this job done today like how then they bring up the pandemic mind you it's 4 of them here & retail IS CLOSED ! So what are y'all doing ? Watching the cars ? I'm confused I made a appointment guys just go some where else don't even come waste your time I was only changing my fuse they aren't working on no cars & BRANDON IS JUST WALKING AROUND HUFFING AND PUFFING EVERY TIME A CUSTOMER WALK IN SOMEBODY FIND HIM A NEW JOB PLEASE

We already…read morehave financing through our Credit Union Pre-Approved (just need the purchase order upload the the app and they will over night or transfer funding next business day), I also let the dealership to run my credit if they could beat or match the same rate my credit union is giving me, I could go through them and take delivery of the vehicle that night. They have the purchase order all written up, got my credit card out to charge down payment. - ALL I ask with the sales manager, are could I get couple of issue corrected since I am not going to take delivery til full payment is transfer to the dealership. 1st item need to correct. are the 4x Green tire valve steam caps, put back Toyota OEM caps. Sales Consultant agree to put back OEM caps, that comes with the vehicle from the factory. 2nd item need to correct. there was a deep scratch under the hood in the engine bay area, left headlight support bracket, by the jumper points, the scratch must be cause from jump starter packs of the dead battery. All I ask is they could touch it up with same color paint so that area will not rust over time. (Is that too much to asked).. General Sales Manager over hear that, he got upset and say he is not going to honor the deal. I try to explained and ask him could you come out and see the vehicle together, because I think he misunderstand the issue, I just want to touch up the scratch with touch up paint ($12 a bottle) not repaint the area. At that point he is not listening and seems like he donot care, upset or I could have misunderstand him (we might have a language gap, My English is not my greatest) We left the dealer ship without buying the vehicle, and did not purchase the vehicle, I feel like being kickout and not welcomed at that moment. With this bad experience, at this point I might not consider Toyota, My previous vehicle were Acura, Honda, Nissan, Infinity, Porsche, Tesla, Lexus. I have never had a Sales or anyone at the dealership say they will not honor a deal that was already finalized. This is only my experience, YMMV. Maybe all this was a huge misunderstanding. As of this review, dealership had not reach out. Will update the review if this changes. 12-02-2025 - sales consultant reach back, if we still want to finalize the sale, submit info for credit union to fedex payment. pending pickup/delivery.

I went online, picked out the tires that fit my car, called Sears Auto Center to ask if they had the tires in stock. Latonjia told me they were in stock. I asked if it mattered whether or not I purchased the tires online or instore, she said it didn't matter just so long as I arrived to the store by closing time. To simplify the transaction, I purchased the tires online, took the receipt to the store 15 minutes before the store closed, and was told by the same person that the order had not come through the computer, so I would not be able to pick up the tires. I then asked for the customer service number and was told by Latonjia, that they did not have a customer service number. Another employee went online and found the number for me (1 877-550-9254). I called the number and was put on hold for a half an hour and was never able to get through to a live person. Conclusion: After this experience, I sold the last of my remaining Sears stock, and deleted my Sears Online account. I will never spend another dime at Sears. Not only were you not able to complete my sale, you cost me $250 because now I have to take a day off work to come pick up these tires. If anyone is on the fence about whether or not we should have a Universal Basic Income, just come to Sears Auto Center and talk to Latonjia. This store and its employees serve no benefit to society. The world would be a better place without this store.

I explained to the gentleman (service manager) that I was moving out of state & I needed my car checked out from top to bottom. Specifically the brakes, struts & belts. I also had them change the oil & wiper blades. I waited nearly two & a half hours & when I was called to pay no mechanic came out to speak to me. The cashier just told me the total for the wiper blades & oil change. I inquired about the findings on my car & she said there was nothing wrong with it. She said the mechanic would have provided her with a list if there were things wrong with it. The cashiers word wasn't good enough for me so I asked to speak with the mechanic. He casually strolled out & repeated that nothing was wrong with the car. I asked specifically about the breaks because they were squeaking but was told that they don't do brakes. The service manager never told me that when I first arrived which I found odd. At any rate, I get on the road (traveling 700+ miles) & my car starts acting up. I hear squeaking coming from the vents while the AC I running. Turns out the belts are worn and need to be replaced. But that' not what my Sears paperwork states. The tech marked down that everything was fine with it. I left Sears and headed to Pepboys to have my breaks replaced. And 4 days later I was at the repair shop again! This time it was my catalytic converter that broke. I find it strange that Sears supposedly checked the car out and then less a week later I have a $1000 repair on my hands. Years ago I purchased a bad battery from this Sears location that had to be replaced a year later. I should've learned my lesson with that experience.

I appreciate the car washes after my oil changes, the burst of air freshener when my vehicle is returned to me, as well as all the other little accommodations and perks that come along. The customer service in general is always FLAWLESS. It's been a no hassle situation since I purchased. We were at the dealer standing in front of the jeep when they responded they no longer had that car. When we told them we were standing in front of it, they said it was for sale and was going to the auction. This was late October. It is now January and the jeep is still on their lot. Very sad that when I wanted to buy a cat I really liked they were sketchy about it.. I went to a different dealer and spent my money on a different jeep. I will not recommend this dealer to anyone!
