The first employee asked the other to answer our questions, which she was not able to answer. Instead she kept referring us to visit the website on our own time, outside of the showroom. This is a perfect case of management not training their employees in a manner to reflect the quality of the product they are representing. The woman who was asked to help us was dressed very sloppily and behaved like she had no interest in what she was hired to sell. The only reason I have given one star is because I am not able to rate them with zero stars. I have advised our interior decorator who sent us there, and our real estate agent who is one of the top real estate agents in Laguna Beach, of this experience, and will continue to tell anyone who asks, as we build out and decorate our new home.

He can install it onto the wall but made wrong assessment s of the gauge of the wiring when all he needed to do was turn the dial to adjust the mode. He doesn't like to read the instructions even on items that he doesn't fully comprehend. Therefore, I would avoid using him on the electrical side. The Ugly: Hank is impulsive. I understood he is an older gentleman and it's hot in the garage but he kept dropping profanity like skittles even when the kids are closer by. Additionally he acts before he thinks. He ripped open the Tesla Wall Charger box before he even agreed to install it so return became impossible. Then he proceeded to "renegotiate" the cost of install because he had installed one earlier but took it off deeming the charger and wiring to not work when it was his lack of knowledge to change the settings. He kept flipping between getting paid by the job and getting paid by the effort spent. I ended up paying him for the lift that was complete at his "job minimum," which was higher than his original and renegotiated quote for that job, but did not pay for the rest of the job not done. This was not a pleasant experience. Bottomline, Hank installed the storage lift well so I was pretty happy with that. He is a good installer and a good man who seems to have a lot going on. However, the constant renegotiation, miscommunication, attitude, and lack of expertise made this a rough experience. Overall 2/5 for effort, but I would not recommend his services.

We finally went to the wall mount for our old Tesla S that was charging with the wall plug. We already have 240 Volt outlet there. Hi Power Electric was the original contract electrical worker who worked on placing the plug in our driveway and it served us well for the past ten years. But Tesla Wall Mounted Charger is so convenient and we bought the $550 Universal Fast Charger with 40 Amp charger that can charge Hyundai Electric Vehicle if we do decide to upgrade in the future. I doubt that we will replace our beloved Tesla S from the best years of their initial production years from 2015! These two gentlemen are father and the son team and really do the best job. They are certified Tesla technicians and also know their craft very well. The labor charges are very reasonable and the son knows all about the newest Tesla technologies. Above all the son is into Watches and revered Holographs of the most discerning taste. Do call them for a free bid. They are honest people! For the past twenty years we relied on these honest people! Michael replaced the circuit breaker several times per my request and eventually installed a circuit breaker without the current protection. I confirmed with the EV charger manufacturer that is safe to do this installation and may be the recommended way with the type of charger I have.
