Let me save you the trouble of shopping here. They are going out of business. I have shopped here…read moresince they opened (an old Pittsburgh girl). I am sad to see this store close. Other Eagles are not nearby especially when gas is $4 a gallon. My kid worked here for a while at the very competent pharmacy. The employees got between 10 to 14 days notice of the closure. Hardly fair to them. If you are thinking of stopping in for reduced prices, forget it. With VERY FEW EXCEPTIONS OF STUFF NOONE WANTS, prices are NOT marked down. I guess they plan on packing everything up and taking it do another store. They should take a lesson from Safeway who took 3 months to close a store marking down items from 25% to 50% to eventually 85%.Safeway gave it's employees and customers plenty of notice to adjust. I walked into Blacklick Eagle, made my rounds and left with nothing. I wish Kristina from pharmacy was working. I would have liked to say good bye. I would have hoped a family owned business would have taken care of all of us. It was a smaller Eagle but it had been a nice one. My kid, joined Costco rather than shop at Pickerington ir Gahanna. Prices are better and quality just as good.

From the moment she approached customer service, the white cashier was nasty, demanding the receipt in this sharp, rude voice, no sorry or nothing. My mom, who's shopped there eight, nine times a month and dealt with this woman's attitude before without complaining, stayed calm at first but couldn't this time. The lady started yelling back, calling my mom rude, then stormed off and talked to another woman behind the counter, ignoring her completely. My mom finally snapped, told her she's rude, and the cashier flipped out, screaming get out my store before I call police over a simple return. This isn't the first time--my mom has put up with her tone for months. Giant Eagle, fix this or you'll lose loyal customers.

You have a concierge to answer questions when you purchase & a dispatcher to tell you where the movers are via text and/or phone call. A $400 down payment is required. Our rate was $160/hour all inclusive, no minimum # of hours required. We had about 25 items moved, all big stuff like mattresses, washer, dryer, couch, dressers... it took them 3 hours, including 25 minute travel time. All payment can be made online via PayPal. Tommy, Mark and Matt, our movers, were phenomenal. They offered to move any item we wanted & were great conversationalist. While they deserved several breaks, they didn't stop until they were done. The service, friendliness and communication from booking the appointment to the last item moved exceeded my expectations. In general, hiring movers is worth every penny. I can not recommend Local Anything enough! The only complaint I had was they arrived an hour and a half later than the 2 hour buffer/service time. Though they quickly made up for that small annoyance.

My home is a 4 bedroom house with a basement but not everything needed to be moved out. It took them way longer than expected to complete the move (12 hours one day and had to come back the next day to finish for 8 hours or so!). The total bill charged ended up being way more (obviously) than I anticipated.... Way too expensive than the competitors. To make matters worse, during our move (8/11/2019), the movers scratched my hardwood floor but were prompt in recognizing the issue and submitting it right away to their "Claims" department (I doubt there is such a department as I have yet to receive a call from them or anyone from this company in the matter). I have been calling them constantly to follow up on the claim as I am in the process of finalizing a sale on my house and have still not gotten a resolution. I keep getting the run arounds every time I call them and never get any followup call backs as they always promise. It's 8/30/19 today and still no resolution and I am closing on my house in less than a week. My latest call conversation was on Wednesday, 8/28/19 and the representative promised he would give me a status update on the same day and still nothing 2 days later. Mind you, when they were partially down with the work on the first day, they requested payment to be made right before they could leave my house but it's taking them weeks to even attempt to process my claim. SO FRUSTRATING TO SAY THE LEAST!!!!!! NEVER USING THEM, EVER AGAIN!!!

There's always discount codes for Factor Meals but I was hoping to find something local. Luxe & Lemons fit the bill. It was easy to place my first order for a subscription. They offer several subscription plans which is 5 meals for under $70. They offer delivery on Sundays for parts of Columbus for $9.99. Otherwise, you schedule a window of time for Sundays or Mondays to pickup the meals on Mondays. I wasn't able to drive and the boxes are too heavy for me to lift still so I get delivery. New menus release in Friday mornings so you can see what's available ala cart and in your subscription. The pumpkin spice muffins were wonderful. Moist and paired with maple butter. The sausage patties are made from scratch and have a little zing from the spices (not overpowering at all). The cosmic brownies were a little dry while the salted caramel brownies were great. Pancakes are huge portions for a person but very good. This is the first time I've had riced cauliflower and I have to admit I like it. The Mexican dishes (tamales, taquitos, burritos) are executed well. The guacamole has extra lemon juice which may not be to everyone's liking. The dairy free mashed potatoes are interesting. They taste like potatoes. They don't have the creaminess of regular mashed potatoes and sometimes they stay in their mounded shape no matter how much you try to mash it with a fork. I easily fell into placing a subscription order the first week, then placing an order for a second subscription and ala cart items the second week. It took me a few weeks to realize an email is sent on Friday mornings where a person can pause or skip the next delivery. In one of my weekly surveys I mentioned the invoices aren't itemized so I paid delivery charge twice (one for subscription and one for ala cart items) and a few weeks later I was reimbursed for a delivery fee. I think in my first order I received an extra item (chicken ceasar salad which was fantastic) and once every few weeks there may be a missing sauce but overall, 99% of the time the orders are correct. I get a text message and email letting me know my order will be arriving that day. They include a tracking link. It's pretty spot on. The meals are intended to be eaten within 5 days or frozen. The food tastes good. Orders are accurately filled. Deliveries are on time. I'm eating more vegetables and seafood. I have one less meal decision a day to make. It's a local company making more jobs locally. It's all a win in my book.

For $35 I get to pick what produce goes into the bin plus add additional grocery items like eggs, milk, grains, cheese, beverages, etc. I chose to have my bins delivered every other week since it can get pricey and I alone can't finish off an entire bin in a week's time. The goods come delivered in a sturdy plastic bin with a cooling block to keep your produce cold. The produce always looks super fresh and delicious. I've never received a bruised looking item. Getting produce from Green Bean Delivery has single handedly caused me to eat healthier and cook more. It has encouraged me to be more creative and cook vegetables I have never tried before. Supporting local farmers is also a plus. Their customer service is also pretty excellent. I ordered some Snowville Milk once and found the milk carton to be leaking. I notified them via email and they immediately responded and gave me the option of including a free milk for the next bin, or a credit. I love love Green Bean Delivery and look forward to my bins!

Charming decor and friendly staff. However, my experience was ruined due to an error on my take out order. I placed an order for three additional meals with an add on order of sausages. Easy, right? I initially thought so, so I wasn't concerned about my order being incorrect. I get home and my order is missing main items like pancakes, french toast, utensils, and it looked as if the order was just slapped together. I call immediately and I explained that I just had an eaten there and then ordered additional takeout and my takeout order was incorrect. The nice young lady apologized and offered to have it remade. Now I accepted that and also stated since I have to come back up there what other compensation can you provide me. She then transfers me to the incredibly Customer Service oriented manager named Juan. I do hope you can sense the sarcasm. As I explained my situation to him stating what items have been missed, what was wrong with the order and what I expected ask a reasonable solution to this situation. He then goes on and asked me several questions over and over again about the takeout meal, I explained to him one more time to which he cut me off, overtalked me, and really wasn't listening to resolve my issue. When he asked again what I ordered I said I already told you. At which point, he cursed and said he did not want to be "a$$ hole" and basically gave me the impression that he was unwilling to fix this situation. So I told him I was going to speak to him in a nicer tone that he was talking to me that I wanted him to remake the meal. I would be there in 10 minutes and I would like it piping hot. To Juan's credit my food was ready once I arrived however, he proceeds to tell me that his waitress and his expediter both checked the order and it was correct when it left. Which wasn't true obviously. As a matter of fact, my friend said she watched the waitress grab the bag and didn't open it and just came to the table. I don't have a reason to go get free food from an establishment where I've already paid and tipped the server. Second of all he indirectly called me a liar to my face, which is poor service in its own right. Thirdly, when I asked what other compensation he was willing to provide me, he just simply smiled and said no he wasn't going to do anything. Juan needs to go back to the beginning of where Customer Service starts in order to be a better front of the house manager, because when your server makes an error, you own it you do not place the blame back on the customer. Juan needs to be retrained on how to actually service people, he does not know how to talk to anyone. He did not know how to de-escalate the situation. I have been in Customer Service for 25 years and 15 of those have been working in an escalation department that was the worst interaction I believe I have ever encountered with a manager to resolve a situation. I mean Wendy's resolved issues better than this. Being that this was my first time coming to Delaney's, it will also be my last time. Because if you treat any customers the way you treated me, is clear he has no respect for the patrons of this establishment.

But this most recent stop at the Reynoldsburg location turned out to be a win. I hit the drive-thru after work and happened to land on Rib Bone Tuesday: 4 ribs for $1.99 each. Quick service, friendly staff, and my food was hot and ready without a long wait. The ribs? Surprisingly great. Thick, smoky, and tender with a nice bark. No undercooked sauce or surprise cartilage -- which I've unfortunately experienced here before. I did ask for center cut (as I usually do), and while they say that request can't be passed along, the bones I received were solid. Texas Toast was a nice add-on -- buttery, griddled, and came two for $1.99. A note for the longtime City BBQ folks: I do miss when they used to offer self-serve condiments -- red onions, jalapeños, and pickles -- along with all the sauces in pump bottles. Now, some sauces like the Original come in peel-top packets, and that just doesn't feel the same. Also, while I didn't grab it on this trip, I stand by this statement: City BBQ's potato salad can hang. Possibly better than your mom's. Could be better than your granny's. I said what I said. All in all, I left satisfied and would definitely go back -- especially on a Tuesday.

The first thing you notice when you walk in is the vibe--it's just pleasant. The employees here are genuinely friendly; whether it's the greeter at the door or the cashier chatting while scanning my items, everyone seems helpful and nice. It makes the weekly grocery run feel less like a chore. What really keeps me coming back, though, is their store brand selection. If you are sleeping on the "Meijer" or "Frederick's by Meijer" brands, you are missing out! I've swapped out so many big-name products for their versions, and I honestly can't taste the difference. Chips and snacks: Just as crunchy and flavorful as the national brands. Dairy: Their cheese and yogurt selection is massive and way cheaper. Pantry staples: Canned goods, pasta, and baking supplies are a fraction of the cost. My grocery bill has gone down significantly since I made the switch, and the quality is spot on. The one downside: I have to be real about the produce section, specifically the fruit. It's usually pretty hit-or-miss (mostly miss). The berries tend to go bad quickly, and I've had bad luck with apples being mealy. I usually grab my fruit elsewhere. The Verdict: If you just avoid the fruit section, this is easily a 5-star store. Great people, unbeatable prices on their own brands, and a solid shopping experience every time. Highly recommend!
