Anyways I would give this place 5 stars but.. the worst thing happened when shoving the back porch there must have been a thin layer of ice underneath the snow which I obviously did not notice because I slipped head first I to the snow covered poop mound, as you can imagine it was more than revolting and I even slipped a couple of times trying to get up, then I had enough. I grabbed the nearest tree and pulled my self up which was considerably easy due to my skinny cute body. This place was great except for the horrid experience that took place. Simon (my Shih-tzu) walked willingly to the room where he was to be made beautiful . I was relieved to see Simon so relaxed. The place and the folks working there have a good vibe. Much to my surprise, Simon was washed, groomed and dried in a couple hours. I came back to get him. HE WAS BEAUTIFUL . I'm fearful that giving this place a fantastic review will make it hard for me to get future appointments, but I have to! A wonderful place with people who are clearly dog lovers.
