If I could give zero stars I would. NEW MANAGEMENT is the reason for the demise of this company. Scooperdude was an excellent company when it was started and ran by the original owner Grady. He was awesome and the team working with him was awesome. If there was an issue with a pet waste remover he was able to correct the problem. Grady was always pleasant to work with- Suzanne his niece and I believe Rob her husband took over the business. Since this occurred a couple of years ago, Suzanne made changes with payment methods numerous times. Quite confusing for the customer. But that was not the main problem. Suzanne does NOT have customer service skills, nor does she care about the customer. I had a WONDERFUL woman Vicki who worked for Scooperdude- for a long time- Over months she always was friendly and did an awesome job. She left a few months ago for another endeavor, planned to return however she changed her mind. She was a friend at that point and I was happy for her. THE ISSUE: since Vicki left almost every week I had to go in the yard and pick up my 5 dogs pet waste because some were missed. The policy is a credit for the week's service. That is fine however if the problem is ONGOING- the leader Suzanne is not taking the opportunity to educate the team members. Today I was beeped and the text indicated Scooperdude completed their service. Because of numerous pet waste misses- I went outside and found 2 large poops in the yard. Not far from my patio. I contacted Suzanne- asked who was at my home this morning and sent her pictures. She wrote back and said she could not serve me any longer. She also told me SHE was the person who came today. She has skipped weeks during the time she was "covering" for Vicki and when Vicki was away one week before she resigned- she asked me (always bringing my dogs treats!) if anyone was here the week before because she had double the waste- this occurred twice during Vicki's tenure. The past couple of months a young lady was coming. Unfriendly and missed almost every week- I felt awful having to report misses to the owner Suzanne- and skipped many weeks and picked up the poop myself. I am sad to lose this type of service- and it is UNFORTUNATE that the service has significantly failed. Sadly I believe Scooperdude will go out of business. Be careful if you are using them- and if you need this type of service keep searching. I am doing that after I submit this- God Bless and hug your dogs!! Whew.... ok, so I don't have a dog, but guess what? My neighbors do! These dogs are the sweetest and I love getting to interact with them. I am so happy that a service like ScooperDude exists! We are all busy bosses and I am very glad that ScooperDude picks up pet waste next door and at some of our neighbors homes. It's summer and I have no odor complaints around relaxing in the shade of my backyard at any time of the day. The owner is lying of course! I complained consistently that I would go out into the yard and still find half of the yard filled with dog Doo. Never was anything done and she thinks she needs to get paid for not getting the work done? I don't think so but that's what they do to you they're always right and the customers wrong- that collection will never be paid! No work, no pay! Losers! read more

I would love to give more stars than this because their work product is excellent. They showed up as scheduled and did a fantastic job. They cant manage their books though. We are crazy busy, thus the service and I handed a worker a check for two months of service directly. I kept on getting billed and got late fees on top of that. They ended up sending me to collections. Tried to resolve with them and pay all but the late fees but they would not work with me even though they lost my payments and I had to pay a stop payment fee for the check. I see from other review I am not the only person to have issues with their billing practices.No read more

Glad this service is in my neighborhood! They do a fantastic job keeping the pet waste containers maintained and serviced. The bags they provide for the pet waste are sturdy too.
