When we asked if we can choose our scooter, the staff responded that they would choose one for us, and they gave us the worst one. So there is no choice at all. One of their shop owners literally drove the 10 miles to meet me, gave me a spare key, and went on his way. When I rode back to the shop late, expecting a bill for the key I lost, the drive to meet me, and for being late... all they could say was, "no charge" with a smile on their faces. They had every right to leave me with a big bill and they did just the opposite. What an act of grace, generosity, and good customer service. Not to mention, the bikes were reasonably priced, we're in great shape, and they fit them to our bodies in terms of the seat. I can't say enough good things about these guys. What a blessing.
