However, I got the manufacturer representative on the phone with Ryan, and the representative confirmed that Village Motorsports is responsible. Nonetheless, Village Motorsports still has offered nothing, aside from a hope (not a promise) that maybe they can fix the machine by August 4, more than a month after the problem arose. My only word of advice--aside from not buying a machine from them--is if you want someone to pick up the phone promptly, call the sales desk, not the service desk.

Beside the extremely long wait to get my unit (had to order parts, incorrect parts ordered, etc.), it was delivered with a long list of issues. Clear indication that there is no pre-delivery inspection at Fox. After returning from repair, the unit was delivered to me not tied down in a sled trailer. The Ranger ended up smashed against the rear door and parts were laying all over the floor. Strike three - asked for a full refund. Whole ordeal started in late September and ended the day before Thanksgiving. This dealership has many issues to sort out. Buyer beware!!! By the way, I went to a different dealer, purchased a newer model year at the same price as the 2025 that Fox originally sold me and received it within one week. When I got the bike home, the service light was on, and the battery had a low voltage warning. Turns out the bike was not fully serviced, and I had to replace the battery, Also, the bike was advertised as having Heated Grips and having the TEC Mode for riding, it turns out that the bike was not equipped with either of these features from the factory. When the bike was delivered to my house, they delivered it on an open trailer, apparently they went down some dirt roads and the bike was covered in mud. Because it was a used bike, they make you sign documents stating it purchased as is, I have no recourse of getting any of these items taken care of or resolved. If your buying a used , do not trust this dealership, take to an independent mechanic and get it checked out 1st.

Not only did these guys kill it but they got it done quick too. I have been a customer here for years on and off and actually stopped going because of the old management. They had a manager in place that was horrible and could not mkeep up with the jobs. They cleeeearly have gotten that 100% in check now and gave.my baby a nice detail soo ahe left with me nice and shiny.
