I had a pretty large order from them. Only half of it arrived. Nobody over there could tell me about the rest of the order. I had over 60 emails over a period of months before I gave up and cancelled the rest of the order. Two weeks after I cancelled the order it arrived. Totally disorganized. Switched to another supplier and haven't looked back. read more

After my previous review, someone from Score Sports responded with 2 email addresses to contact for help and updates. Nothing came of it nor did they respond until I sent a second email asking for updates days later. Since then, I have honestly lost track. I spoke to someone on the phone who confirmed my product was completed last Friday and should ship soon. I have now received a multiple generic emails that this same order completed last week is now set for completion on 10/2, then an email indicating that the MM/DD order was shared in DD/MM format and another email with a 10/9 completion date. These items were ordered on JUNE 26th and the order has not linked to my online account so there is zero ability to get any updates or have any oversight in the process. This is a complete failure in all accounts and I will encourage all leagues that my children and friends participate in to not utilize this vendor. read more

I did ultimately get a call - after many social media comments - from the social media manager, who transferred me to the web team. They told me they were expediting my order and gave me an update on the "last possible" ship date. Less than 48 hours later, I received an email with an entirely new shipping date -- a week later. They blamed the delays on being short staffed, a new system, and supply chain delays. Those all may be true, but they also clearly have no idea what they are doing and how to manage themselves. As a volunteer for a non-profit organization, I was tasked with coming up with a way to recognize our volunteers this year. We had decided to go with 3 custom items from Score Sports, with over a month of lead time the sales rep assured me they would be able to meet my timeline. I was clear and transparent from the get-go and was promised by Becca that my needs could be met. However, that would not be the case as Becca ignored my questions and inevitably made zero effort to process my order. Not only that but her supervisor Travis, who was apologetic and told me he would do his best to get our order in time. However again once I was off the phone with him the communication stopped. If I had a dollar for everytime Travis said communication was important in that phone conversation i'd have at least 20 bucks, but he instead refused to return future calls, emails and texts went unanswered. If you want a company to let you down this is the one to go with. From top to bottom they blame "tariffs" but just lack common customer service standards. Its poor management from top to bottom and because of them we were left scrambling to find alternative items on short notice Negative stars would be warranted. read more

They don't answer phones or emails and won't return messages. They will spend plenty on advertising and post multiple times on instagram each day but will never finish your order. Our club has been doing business with score sports for over 20 years. But as of lately they have been dropping the ball big time. No communication about changing of ownership no communication about our new sales rep until 4 weeks ago. We sent our uniform order in early March for our spring season. Never got any confirmation about our order my rec director emailed them numerous of times with no reply. I made a phone call when I finally got someone on the phone they told it was supposed to be shipped on the 28th of March. But it never went into production due to missing materials in certain styles again there was no communication to our club rec director and them. This is completely unprofessional so now we're scrambling to look for other styles for our season opener they finally got things rolling due to our rec director taking to upper management but it shouldn't have to go to that point especially with an established customer of 20 plus years. The board of directors of our club is considering going i different route when our contract is up this upcoming October. Our soccer league has been dealing with Score for years. Every season, it's the same issue. Uniform delays. Our rep is the most difficult to get a hold of. 220 parents hounding us for uniforms as the second week of games approaches. People forget, if we pay you for service and a product, we don't work for you, it's the other way around. Shame on us for the continued business. read more

Wow, what a nightmare. Please STAY AWAY from using their service. I placed an order with them almost 4 weeks ago and have YET to received my order confirmation but I see the charge on my debit card. I have sent various emails, calls and no one answers. They are giving a bogus reason that their ordering process system was down but what does that have to do with poor or no communication from them. Absolutely horrible. Placed an order August 8 and as of October 3 rd still haven't received it but they made sure to charge my credit card as soon as I placed my order. When you email them they hardly reply and when they do all they say we will let you know when it ships. Don't even try calling them. This company has become unresponsive and is unable to fulfill their commitments. It has become incredibly frustrating to get a hold of anyone. Our uniforms have been multiple weeks late for the past 2 years. I keep ordering earlier to compensate. They realize their mistake last year and waited till the last moment to ship out pinnies... which, they realized the next day, wasn't going to get here in time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We have an online store front for our youth soccer program which is not allowing orders to be placed. I've been trying to contact them for over a week now via phone and email and not a single response. The website is displaying a pop up for "scheduled maintenance" stating that orders cannot be processed at this time. The first time I saw it I thought nothing of it, but the same message is still there a week later. No legit company takes over a week for "scheduled maintenance." Games are starting in less then 3 weeks and our teams aren't able to order their uniforms. Its too late for us to switch to a new company this late in the game, so this is causing major issues across the organization. Do not do business with this company! You will be much better off with a more reputable uniform distributor. read more

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Our score rep Jose Meza is amazing. He has helped me numerous times ordering our leagues jerseys. Our soccer league ranges around 500 youth players a season. Each season Jose steps in and helps guide me through the trenches ordering 500 kids different jerseys. If it was not for him helping I would not be able to make that order happen. Like many of the other recent horror stories listed in these reviews, we saw them too late. Hopefully there is still time for your organization - GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY! Our City has used Score Sports for nearly 10 years and were treated well by previous sales staff. However, our new rep and the service we have received for our recent baseball/softball season was so incredibly awful that we will never again trust this company. We were also lied to multiple times just to keep us around. We had to reschedule our season opener twice. We were missing jerseys. All our hats arrived without logos & we have still not received the hats we were missing entirely. We left a dozen voicemails pleading for a manager to call us back throughout the worst of our experience, and to-date, the only 2 phone calls we actually received from this company during our order was to collect payment, and to beg us not to cancel our order. However I was driving, so she said to call her back when I was available. When I called her back she said she was with another costumer, which is understandable and that she would call me right back. But now I have to give them one star last year it took them five tries to send me the right socks and this time around I placed another order on June 15, 2022 and nothing shipped and there is no record of my order under my account and so I had to contact them and it took several contacts and several attempts for them to finally send me my order and I finally received most of my order on July 7 and there are still two items on back order and they promised I would receive the back ordered items on July 8 and a separate shipment and they did not arrive and so I contacted them the week of July 11 to find out the status of my back order and they are never able to give me an update they keep telling me they are going to check with their production team and get back to me and they never get back to me and then when I do get back to them there is no update. The website says that all my stuff is in stock. It should be shipped but they keep saying it is back order. Update: 07/13/22: they finally shipped out my back order but still the lack of communication and the lack of updates was extremely poor. read more

Can I leave negative stars. I received 2 jerseys both YL. However one is the size of a small. I was originally told I can reorder. Why should I have to reorder when it's a quality control issue?? Finally they agreed to send me a new jersey. Well it's been over 10 days on a rushed order and still nothing has been shipped. Customer service is terrible. You are told a manager will reach out to you and no one ever does. I sent numerous emails to the "manager" with zero response. If your organization plans on using this company to order uniforms I would look elsewhere. No one ever seems to know what is going on. read more

Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered my sons soccer uniform and it came entirely too small. The size charts they have online are inaccurate. I measured my son and ordered the exact size it coincided with. The size chart said he needed a small when I. Reality he needed a large. The woman who I was working with from Score sports admitted this is a reoccurring issue. They were un willing to refund me unless I paid for return and new shipping and would not offer any kind of discount. Called to see where my order was and was on the call 90+ minutes. My initial order on 8/23 hadn't arrived by 9/4 with a speedy delivery fee so new order was placed by a manager. Manager had to check if the shirts were in, her return call to check stock was an hour+ later, not the 10 minutes as I was told. No receipt was emailed to me as I requested with each order. I was told orders online take an additional 10 days. Two days later I received two packages of shirts. One has my initial order the idiots couldn't locate when I called. Spelled wrong was my name, street & town. Package 2 was my second order but it is billed to some Montessori School (not me) making me question why I gave them my credit card info and what order was I told I was paying for? Do I trust these imbeciles with my credit card info? One of the shirt orders has the wrong color socks (yellow instead of green). Return policy comes with shirts. They can not be returned if numbers are on them, fortunately American Express has a better policy. read more

Solid place to find your sports gear. They really need to have more people working in the front though. I was there to pick up a uniform and it took 20 minutes for someone to help me. Weird that only one person was working while there were 5 customers all waiting. Their system seems to be a bit dated using a lot of paper... but they were friendly enough and got the order right. I have been dealing with Score for several years (since 2008) for team purchases with great satisfaction. Team purchases are conducted separately from the website. In the past six months the sales rep I dealt with apparently left the company. Today I had the misfortune to deal with another rep. I emailed an order. In the shipping charge area I noted "0 based on internet offer". I was sent an email that this did not apply to team orders. After several unsuccessful attempts to obtain a current cost (mine was from 2010) I was finally told it would be better if I use the Internet site .... and pay the much higher uniform price. When I stated this fact to the salesperson and asked for a current price list I was told, "... I am sorry I could not be of more help," Score has changed. And not for the best. STORY CONCLUSION: Found out the other rep was the CFO. We worked together to resolve shipping ... I agreed to pay shipping. I placed the order. Was contacted by a sales rep to confirm the order. That afternoon I received a order denial because I supposedly had an outstanding balance. After many emails back and forth, following is the summary I sent back to Score .. To Score Accounting to ensure my understanding: Order placed 11 December 2009: Let me make sure I have this correct. 30 June 2010: The accounting department failed to charge credit card properly for entire order March 2011: The accounting department recognizes the error and billed for the accounting error The accounting department never contacts me about the issue and begins charging me interest on the "account" November 2011: After 6 orders have been placed, processed, and received since the original accounting error the accounting department refuses to allow shipment of an order due to the outstanding account balance for an internal error Score Response: That is correct. We did also mail a copy of the invoice back in June 2010 with the outstanding amount open once we found the error. As I had mentioned we had some turnover in our Accounts Receivable department and are now trying to catch up with some of these outstanding balances. MY PURBLIC RESPONSE: REALLY ... this is the way you treat your customers. (P.S. Out of good faith I paid the outstanding balance because I cannot access my 2009 credit card statements) read more

I'm a new team manager and assistant coach for my daughter's club team and ordering stuff to say the least is not my cup of tea. Well my daughter's team all wanted swag and they wanted really nice swag. Luckily for me, her club, NHB, has a team page at Score and double lucky for me that the swag was really nice, low cost, and of excellent quality. MaryJoe, a Score representative, helped me with my order and the numerous questions I had about personalization. She promptly returned my calls and emails as well. The practice jerseys, hoodies, and tournament jerseys looked great and the girls loved them. Furthermore, the turnaround for pickup orders was just awesome! Janeanne is my rep and she is the best. she is available 90% of the time I call. she takes my orders correctly and when the order is picked up it is always ON POINT!. We ordered 21 Adult soccer jerseys with numbers and had all the proper sizes and numbers, actually delivered early- we had anticipated a Friday game and so we were trying to get the jerseys on Thursday, ordered the Thursday before- they were actually ready on Wednesday! Nice work, Score! Don't buy keeper gear at SportsChalet or Sports Authority! The selection here is much better. FYI- sizes- at least in adult jerseys- run small.
