Dealer told me that they had replaced the plug wires which fixed any issues it might have had and they told me that I test drove the car and didn't notice any problems. That may be true but I had the car delivered over 300 miles away and everything that happened after the sale just confirms that they were not completely honest. I almost walked away cuz something seemed fishy and now it will cost me $6k for not walking. Oh well, it just confirms that if something seems too good to be true it usually is!

So i drove the car the almost 40 miles one 1 to have them look at it. The problem was easy enough to fix. So i thought. Every time I'd leave and get on the highway the car would continue to act up so i'd have to turn around and have them look @ it. They ran a diagnostic and couldn't find the problem so told me to give it a few days. The car still acted up. I called my mechanic and he looked it over, finding the problem within 5 minutes. He duck taped the intake( which of course was the issue). I called horizon several times and also emailed, letting them know they needed to fix this problem because they hadn't and i wasted all that gas driving out there. I never received another response from them. Now on top of this problem, the belts have already gone bad on my car. So I have spent over 300 dollars since December on parts for this car(not even including labor), when I was told everything was brand new and they'd fix whatever I needed ( specifically b/c i was pregnant so it needed to be extra reliable). If you want my advice, make sure you have a written guarantee they will fix something. Otherwise, you are screwed.

They ordered one from eBay and it arrived a week after I purchased it. On opening the box the supplied cable did not include the adapter to plug into the wall. Well they promised a cable and did not promise it would work I attempted to follow up and see about ordering the needed adapter. They ghosted me. I ended up buying a working cable from Amazon that was cheaper than the OEM cable from eBay.

A week after they gave it back to me, the transmission went out. They eventually agreed to buy the vehicle back but played games when trying to get the check and our license plates back. This all happened in about a month and 1.5k miles. By the time this is said and done I am out over $2k, wasted my time, missed work, and put me in danger with a vehicle that literally rolled backwards while in drive. Buyer beware!
