After having our water pressure decrease over a few weeks, we called the local water dept (IRWD) only to find the issue was somewhere on our end. We thought we isolated it to the water pressure regulator and after watching a few DIY videos on YouTube, we realized we needed professional help. I'll be honest, when I see 100% 5 star reviews, I get nervous that the person is giving discounts for reviews or is getting fake reviews added. However, in this situation, I used the Request a Quote option on Yelp and heard back from Scott in about five minutes. He asked some clarifying questions and confirmed it did sound like the regulator. He set an appointment for a couple days later and even offered to come sooner if he finished his previous job early the day before. When he arrived for the appointment, he was quick, efficient, and proved how knowledgable he was by answering all our questions. Her garbage disposal was also badly in need to be replaced. I was in search of plumber in my area and submitted quote request over the Yelp messenger to few plumbers and he was one of the first to respond. Scott is very responsive. I kindly asked him if he can come out and give me a ball park of how much it will cost and he gladly found time to come out to check my problems out. You know what? he offered me even lower price than what he initially quoted over the messenger saying this job will take less time than he anticipated. I later decided that I should change the whole kitchen faucet instead of trying to fixing it and he helped me fix drips on my bathroom faucet at no extra labor charge.
