Tyler is the best! My 93 yr old aunt lives on 6 acres. The outdoor sprinkler pipes and valves are old. They frequently break and spew out gallons of water. The cost of the water bill is enormous. The water company only gives you a break on a pipe leakage once every three years, so the longer the water pours out the bigger the bill. She's had bills upwards of $3000. Each time we have to call the water company to shut off the water which includes shutting off the water to the house. Each and every time I've called him he's come to the house within an hour to fix the problem. I've called other plumbers and landscapers, and they all tell me that they can't come out for 4-5 days. Only once did someone come out the next day. The longer the water has to be turned off, the longer it is for my aunt and her caregiver to be able to have water for anything: Washing hands, taking a shower, washing dishes, flushing toilets, etc. To have someone with compassion and understanding of the situation is absolutely amazing. We are so grateful to have found Tyler! In the past we had people charge us an extra $200 to come out right away. (Next day, at best) This is not the case with Tyler. His prices are more than fair and they don't include an emergency service fee. He is the definition of integrity and honesty. He's an example of what a great business owner should be. Wow was Tyler ever a godsend, got his company off of Thumbtack. Needed him to clear out a couple of outside drains before the recent big rains. He gave me a very fair fixed price and even though the job ended up being a lot more labor intensive then I thought and took more then one visit, he just kept coming back till he got it right. Once he was here from 4:30pm until almost midnight the night before our 1st big rain and even then was more to do, he got me through that one. He was courteous, professional and above all he knew what he was doing with over 20 years experience and he had the right equipment to do it with and a get it done whatever it takes, attitude. Even though by the time he was finished, he did not ever even bring up addl. charges and I was more then happy to pay him more and probably not enough.
