Got me in for a dental cleaning at the very last minute…read more My cleaning was six weeks overdue, and I was worried about a tiny stain (not really noticeable by anyone but me) that looked like a light brown spot on a tooth in the back. If it was plaque, it could calcify to become tartar and then become a cavity. Fortunately, it was just a stain and they removed it in a second. I was so relieved! So glad that they accommodated me! Squeezed me in somehow just two days after I called them!

I do not recommend Dr. Stanley Lin. What I experienced under…read morehis care left me shaken, worried, and deeply disappointed. His treatment decisions and clinical judgment caused me real harm, and I cannot stay silent about it. If you are searching for a new dentist, please be cautious. If you are already his patient, I beg you -- always get a second opinion before agreeing to any procedure he recommends. We only have one set of teeth, and once they are damaged, there is no going back. Over the years, many patients have complained that Dr. Lin pushed them toward treatments they did not need. Even worse, some said the procedures he performed caused complications that changed their lives. Despite all these warnings, he continued recommending more and more dental work. I became one of those victims. He convinced me to get a new crown on a tooth that had no cavity, claiming it would prevent a root canal in the near future, and the cost was extremely high. I trusted him because I believed he was a highly trained professional. But right after the procedure, my tooth became infected. Now I need a root canal. The pain, the fear, the regret -- it was overwhelming. Dr. Lin often takes advantage of the trust patients place in him. Many of us believed his words, followed his recommendations, and spent thousands of dollars on treatments we later learned were unnecessary. The financial loss hurts, but the emotional toll and the dental damage hurt even more. Most patients don't realize the truth until complications appear. Please, don't fall into the same trap. Your health is worth more than blind trust. And when something goes wrong, holding a bad dentist accountable is almost impossible. They carry expensive malpractice insurance that shields them. They hire companies to erase negative reviews and silence unhappy patients. I tried to leave Dr. Lin a one‑star review on Google, but it was deleted immediately. I had to change it to three stars just to make it visible. It felt like the truth was being buried. Suing a dentist is also incredibly difficult unless the harm is very severe. Many malpractice lawyers won't even take the case. I tried. I learned firsthand how the system protects dentists like him. This is why some bad dentists continue pressuring patients into risky, unnecessary treatments year after year -- because they know most people cannot fight back. In the end, I cannot recommend Dr. Stanley Lin. If you choose to continue seeing him, please protect yourself. Always seek a second opinion before agreeing to any major dental work. We only have one set of teeth. Once the damage is done, it is permanent. Not all dentists are good. Some hide behind a friendly smile and gentle voice, but inside, their priorities are not your health -- only your money. Do not be deceived by appearances. Some may look innocent, but their actions reveal who they truly are.

He is transparent, diligent, thorough, and communicative, always taking the time to explain procedures, discuss options, and answer questions clearly. He listens carefully to patient preferences and priorities and incorporates them into his treatment plans, which has made me feel consistently respected and well cared for. Something that I particularly appreciate is that he takes before and after photos or even just FYI photos of teeth, so I can verify what's going on. His services are so good, that when I moved to the East Coast for nearly a decade, I still chose to keep him as my dentist, arranging visits whenever I was back in the area because of the high level of care I receive. His combination of clinical excellence and professionalism makes him, by far, my favorite dentist, and I recommend him without hesitation.

Interestingly, after we arrived, we were asked to wait outside until we were notified that we could come into the office. Once inside, I only waited a couple minutes, before a very attractive lady led me inside and seated me in the dentist chair. She (Ruby) and Dr. Din looked over my denture, took it, and an hour later I was out the door. Very friendly office, lots of laughter, and would highly recommend. The cost did hurt a little until the Duchess paid the $500+ bill. Nice to have the Duchess around.
