I am pleased with the way that everything turned out. My new breast are beautiful and fit my body perfectly. Before my surgery my right breast was larger than my left and Dr. Cooper was able to even them out. The nursing staff and clinic team were kind, attentive and answered all my questions. Dr. Cooper gave me his cell phone number and checked in on me the night of my surgery and the following couple days (including the weekend). After many appointments, emails, texts and calls with Dr Sattler, I became more and more frustrated. He was extremely dismissive, arrogant and seemed like my concerns were not valid. He kept telling me if after 1 year I was still unhappy he would fix them. This was an outright lie. I still have pain in my right breast after 15 months, I have a double bubble on my right breast so it looks odd and neither breast is the shape or aesthetic I was promised. He actually told me if I had come a few months later, he could have achieved the result that I wanted but at the time of my surgery he was less comfortable with the other type of implant that he should have used due to inexperience with it. His solution was to remove the implant on my right breast, attempt to fix the double bubble, then place the old implant back in. He stated he did not know if this would work and it would look odd for about a year but this was my only option. I asked about revisions on both breasts because neither looked right, and he said he would not do this. So much for standing by their results. He consulted with 2 other surgeons about my case, without my knowledge or permission. He wanted to charge me $3000 to attempt to fix the bubble until I pointed out they promise on social media that they will not charge you additional money if they need to fix something they did. I have no faith or confidence in him as a surgeon. He permanently altered my body and arrogantly dismissed all of my concerns. I saved for this surgery for a long time and now will have to save again to have someone else fix his mistakes. Very disappointed. I feel like I was very mislead with his sales pitch and my consultation.

I was immediately impressed with how down-to-earth and personable he was, which was especially refreshing to me because I had a consultant with a doctor at another hospital that did not have nearly as good of rapport. Dr. Cooper suggested an abdominoplasty and brachioplasty. He went over exactly how the procedures would be performed and what to expect through recovery. He provided helpful photos to illustrate the appearance I should anticipate as incisions heal/scars fade over time. From there I was given an estimate of cost and payment options (that turned out to be accurate). I went into surgery feeling that the doctor and his team did everything possible to mentally, emotionally, logistically, and financially prepare me. Dr. Cooper has been open to all of my questions and concerns throughout the process and always has a positive and encouraging attitude. I find his staff at Seattle Pacific Surgeons to be equally pleasant to work with, and they also offer top-notch medical service. I probably would have not made the hour-long drive into Seattle on my own, but I trusted the dermatologist's choice. I feel very fortunate to be so well taken care by Dr. Carey and his staff. (This was in August 2024, 2 years post op) Now it is 2026, and I need a third nose job. My nose is still crooked, looks completely different on each side, and I still can't breathe.
