Despite not receiving a specific time, given his previous work at my home, I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt and hoped for a prompt arrival. However, waiting for 7 hours without any updates was frustrating. It is crucial that when committing to a time, an exact time is provided, especially for emergency calls. While I have no complaints about Michael's work quality and pricing, the significant delay and lack of communication were unacceptable. After finally receiving a message stating he would arrive at 10:30 pm that evening or 4:30 pm the following day, I have decided to sever all ties with Michael and will not be recommending his services to others.
