To elaborate: My house had a pretty bad flea problem. This company came and treated with professional-grade flea bombs, saying this would "solve the problem." More than a month later, the fleas remained. When I tried to have Kil-Mor come for follow-up treatments, they were hard to get a hold of. When they did come to the house, the technician couldn't answer my questions. Once, a technician came to the house and said he would need to spray. He then told me he would need to do an additional bug bomb, but didn't tell me I would need to leave the house. Right before he was about to perform the procedure, he said: "you need to leave the house for at least an hour right now." Seems like information you'd need to know more than 30 seconds beforehand! I so wished my landlord had used another company, and I suggest you shop around before committing to this group.

He arrived Sunday morning, on time, was professional, friendly, courteous, and very helpful. The tubes were in a completely different area, away from the spot treatment his company performed. He advised me to reach out to the company who originally treated the soil when the home was built just a couple of years ago. A less scrupulous business owner would have just done the work and charged me without giving me an option that benefited my wallet. And that's why I hired FLPC to handle my exterior pest control (this HOA is one of the few that does NOT do pest control for Association Members). Woohoo!!! As good as it gets! A few years ago, I had a really dangerous wasp nest growing under a 13-15 inch pot. Frontier's Joe came out wearing a special suit, heavy gloves, and a beekeeper's helmet. He got took out the nest and I think they have it on display because it was such an intricate design. They use sprays that do not smell and will not harm pets.
