Very disappointing experience with Kreiss. I purchased a sofa based on a fabric swatch that was…read moreclearly a darker color. I specifically told the salesperson I needed a dark sofa because I have a black cat. When the sofa was delivered, it was noticeably lighter than the swatch used to sell it. When I raised the issue and provided a photo , Kreiss first said the swatch was positioned differently in the weave. After I provided more photos showing the same discrepancy from multiple angles, they said the difference was just "normal dye lot variation." The contract also contains extensive fine-print terms that appear to limit customer protections and discourage refusing delivery--none of which were explained during the purchase. When I tried to raise the issue and withheld the remaining balance to encourage a discussion, I was told I should have requested an "approval cutting" and was threatened with legal action and attorneys' fees. There were also delivery delays and poor communication despite my requests for advance notice. I ultimately paid the balance, but I'm now stuck with an expensive sofa that does not match the swatch used during the sale. Based on my experience, buyers should review Kreiss's contract terms very carefully before purchasing.

Furniture is mainly mid century modern or neutral and always in perfect condition. ( none of that awful heavy faux-Tuscan stuff you see in other consignment shops) They often have great outdoor furniture sets, as well. Over the eight years since we moved to PV, we have gotten great outdoor and indoor pieces, some wonderful seasonal decorations, and also a few great lamps. I check in regularly to see Teresa and John and whatever is on the floor that month. Our dog Monk says it is his favorite place to visit because there are always treats for him. And John gives good head scratches! Highly highly recommended. We always recommend to our friends moving to the area and noone is ever disappointed.

I explained what I was looking for and she showed me various cushions. I could choose my own fabric. She suggested sending her the chair measurements and she would send me information. I would have to return home to measure. She was cheerful and helpful. She told me the fabric was treated and stain resistant. I was looking at a bottle of red liquid and ask her what that was. She told me it was red dye. I asked her for a demonstration. She poured some liquid on the cushion and rubbed it. Then she grabbed a clean cloth and rubbed the stain so that it virtually disappeared. Amazing! The cushions were pricey and had a decent warranty well worth the purchase. We will think on this. Shared parking lot.

Regular prices are definitely quite high when compared to top of the line items from other suppliers. The cushions and chairs are super high quality, but still debating if the quality matches the price. I do like the look and style (and the cushions are super comfy), but I might hold out for another year before making a decision on this. If high end patio furniture is your thing, I still recommend checking them out, especially sale items.

Purchased what I thought was an Italian couch and chair. Apparently Woodbridge sells Natuzzi from China; which I come to find out is far inferior to Natuzzi from Italy. You guessed it. Multiple breakdowns with the chair AND couch. Woodbridge Interiors' first repairman said that the chair is unrepairable because it's out-of-square, apparently. See pic. It got stuck! After only a few months! When I tried to get the less-than-a-year old couch repaired (for the second time!), the owner, Supai Chiao, called me directly and said that unless I pay an ADDITIONAL $1,300 in fees for service he won't help. I explained that I paid in full before delivery. After a bit of silence, Mr. Chiao agreed that I did pay in full, but STILL insisted that I either pay the $1,300 fee or call Natuzzi directly and HUNG UP on me! Unbelievable. I can prove it. Simply, Mr. Chiao, the owner, is lying. I am now forced to seek third party remedies. Check out all their complaints on BBB. Do not shop Woodbridge. And don't believe them either. **FOLLOW UP to the owner's reply** Please see the owner's reply. Not true. And the owner said so. The story about a balance due and a "custom upholstery product" is fabricated. See proof. I NEVER ordered any "custom" ANYTHING. Woodbridge is confusing me with someone else, and they know it.
