    I purchased a Tempur-Pedic ProBreeze mattress from Cody for $2,106.96 and was told they would hold…read moreit until I could pick it up. Unfortunately, due to several unforeseen circumstances, including the death of my father, I was unable to pick it up as quickly as I had planned. Although I acknowledge the delay in picking up the mattress, at no point did anyone from the store contact me to ask me to pick it up or advise me that they would no longer hold it. Had they done so, I would have made arrangements immediately. Instead, I was left with the understanding that they were honoring our original agreement. On May 26, 2026, I called and left a voicemail letting them know I was finally ready to pick up my mattress. I never received a return call and had to make several additional calls before Cody finally contacted me on June 14. At that point, he informed me that the mattress I had purchased had been sold to another customer. He assured me he would work with me to replace the mattress I had purchased and promised to get back to me. Unfortunately, that pattern repeated itself for weeks. I had to continually follow up because promised return calls never came, and each conversation ended with another explanation and another promise that he was still trying to locate a replacement. On July 7, Cody told me he had found the mattress but that it was missing the original outer cover. He said a replacement cover had been ordered, that he would check on its status, and that he would get right back to me. He never did. On July 8, I went to the store in person hoping to finally resolve the situation. Cody was not there, but his wife told me they still had the mattress and had been unable to obtain a replacement cover because it had been out of stock the entire time. This directly conflicted with the explanations I had previously been given. At that point, I told her I simply wanted a refund since they could not provide the mattress as purchased. I even offered to accept a refund minus a reasonable restocking fee because I recognized that my delayed pickup had created an inconvenience. She said only Cody could make that decision and asked for more time. I explained that this matter had already been dragging on for weeks and requested a decision by the end of the next business day. I also informed her that, if necessary, I would dispute the charge with my credit card company. Ironically, this was the first time Cody called me back promptly. Rather than offering a resolution, he became confrontational and told me he was finished working with me. He said I could dispute the charge if I wanted because, in his opinion, I was not entitled to either the mattress or any refund since I had waited too long to pick it up. I understand that my delayed pickup created an inconvenience, and I was willing to be reasonable by accepting a refund reduced by an appropriate restocking fee. However, I do not believe it is reasonable to sell the mattress I had already paid for without ever notifying me, then refuse to provide either the product or a refund. After paying $2,106.96, I should not lose both the mattress and the money I paid. My disappointment is not simply about the delayed pickup. It is about the lack of communication, the fact that no one ever contacted me to request that I pick up the mattress or warn me that it would no longer be held, the repeated broken promises, the inconsistent explanations, and ultimately being told that neither the product nor a refund would be provided. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend doing business with this company.

That is when I found Johnny at Bed Drs and I am so happy I did. Johnny has been in the business for years and is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about sleep. He knows his products. Plus, he is super patient and a real pleasure to work with. He is a good human being. He went above and beyond for me after I came in 5 times to test out and finally purchase a new mattress. He never tried to upsell or force me into making a rushed decision. He told me he would stand behind the sale and he did. I initially purchased a mattress that was a bit too firm for me. So, he was able to switch that out for a new fabulous Aireloom mattress. I also added an adjustable base, pillow, sheets and a topper (for another previously purchased mattress that was too firm). I am so happy and as you can tell it is Teddy brewski approved. I am so excited that we got it right and I appreciate Johnny's standing behind his products, knowledge, follow up and for being concerned for my well being ultimately so that I can have a good night sleep. He was very fair with his pricing too. I recommend Johnny highly. Bonus: His delivery people are fantastic also. Very efficient and knowledgeable and also a real pleasure to work with.

After literally studying every single non-spring mattress system available, I settled on Amerisleep for a number of reasons. First of all, it is made primarily from plant material and does not produce any detectable gas odor, something very important to me. Secondly, it had a complex construction that meant it is cool to sleep on, unlike petroleum based and even natural latex products of this type. Third, it got great reviews from customers, the company is based in America and does its manufacturing here, they will donate your mattress after 100 nights if you don't like it, and there were five different levels of firmness to choose from. I chose the middle of the spectrum A3. The minute it was set up and I tried it, I loved it. That was over two years ago and I like it even more now. I also ordered the pillows and similarly love them. The bed looks beautiful, there is little to no motion transfer, the edges are firm and it is cool and odorless. Total success. In addition, the delivery was very fast and customer representatives followed through, were friendly, knowledgeable, no-pressure and responsive. What more could I want? I heartily recommend this company and this bed!

On January 4 I ordered and paid $1500 for a mattress. It arrived late and damaged . The company was good in that after I sent several photos they agreed to replace it. Since I was out of town I asked that delivery of the replacement mattress wait until I returned. About March 15 I called and asked that the replacement mattress be sent. Matthew agreed. When the mattress did not arrive as anticipated on March 28, I inquired about the status. I repeatedly received the same email response from Sarah, "our team is actively working on getting an update and tracking information , and at this time there are no new updates to share". Now on April 10, after 7 emails I still have no information. Each response has been exactly as the above. I called but the customer service representative, Matthew, said he could not help me and that the "logistics team" only communicated with customers by email. The Murphy bed that the mattress is for will be installed Monday. If and when I actually get the mattress I will have to pay for the installers to come out a second time to secure the mattress to the bed.
