I have been on the hunt for a good mattress for years. The last few mattresses I purchased were through mattress firm and was not happy at all. They never stood behind the products sold and I was extremely dissatisfied with my last overly expensive purchase. My purple mattress didn't last 2 years. That is when I found Johnny at Bed Drs and I am so happy I did. Johnny has been in the business for years and is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about sleep. He knows his products. Plus, he is super patient and a real pleasure to work with. He is a good human being. He went above and beyond for me after I came in 5 times to test out and finally purchase a new mattress. He never tried to upsell or force me into making a rushed decision. He told me he would stand behind the sale and he did. I initially purchased a mattress that was a bit too firm for me. So, he was able to switch that out for a new fabulous Aireloom mattress. I also added an adjustable base, pillow, sheets and a topper (for another previously purchased mattress that was too firm). I am so happy and as you can tell it is Teddy brewski approved. I am so excited that we got it right and I appreciate Johnny's standing behind his products, knowledge, follow up and for being concerned for my well being ultimately so that I can have a good night sleep. Had a great experience in this store today. I had read about a Puffy mattress that is supposed to be good for back issues. My Sleep Number, which I have loved, is hurting my back now and I realized its over 10 years old! Wanted to try a regular mattress that I can turn and this store carried the Puffy. This was a five star experience. My wife and I were bed shopping were bed shopping and went here upon the recommendation of a friend. Johnny was the salesman at the store when we went in. He knew the products, was very personable and took excellent care of us. We bought a TempurPedic that day and paid half up front. We set up the delivery day for about three weeks later by our choice. Three days prior to delivery, we paid in full and confirmed the day. The day prior to delivery, Anthony called to inform us that TempurPedic had sent the wrong mattress. Long story short, he called with an acceptable solution that would get us our mattress and make up for the inconvenience. That is what makes this FIVE STAR service. I really wanted to give this place a 5 star review, and let me make this very clear; the drop of a star is solely because after 45 days sleeping in my new bed, it seems like the middle is already sinking, which is SUPER frustrating. As far as the store itself, I have nothing but great things to say. I showed up one random week afternoon carrying a little dog I was dog sitting and the salesman immediately told me I could let the dog walk around, didn't need to keep holding her. So sweet of him. I wish I could remember his name but he was this sweet and super friendly African-American man. He wasn't pushing me or trying to oversell me in anything. I told him how much I was planning on spending and he stuck to my budget, being honest with me and making The whole process fun for me and the dog :) I got a great set and everything in the process went smoothly. The delivery is done by a third party but they also deserve credit because not only the delivery folks were awesome, but I also got a call from the owner a few days later checking if everything went well AND offering me a free bed frame since he noticed I just bought a mattress and box spring (the bed I purchased elsewhere so it wasn't listed in this order). I had never had experienced this level of genuine care so they sure deserve a shout out! This place offers great prices and great customer service (at least during my only experience there while buying) but I hope this doesn't mean bad quality considering my mattress doesn't look so good after less than two months :/ read more

I strongly recommend Bed DRS, and if I could give it 6 stars, I would. We have a la-z-boy sofa bed, that has a slumberair mattress that is part innerspring, and part air mattress (and as far sofa beds go, it is incredibly comfortable). Anyway, the air mattress was no longer holding air, and we had family coming to visit for Christmas. After researching on the internet, I found out that the mattress is made by Leggett and Platt (and is used in many well known sofa bed and RV manufacturers, by the way). The search began for a replacement air mattress, but nobody could deliver before Christmas, and all wanted over $300 for the mattress and pump. I found Bed DRS, and they not only carried it in stock, but also transferred it to the store that was close to my home (for free) and sold it to me for a fraction of the cost of all the other places. There were honest, prompt and knowledgeable. When I need to replace my next mattress, I will definitely come here. read more

My first mattress choice had to be returned. Anthony credited me on an upgrade with no problem. Looked again at traditional mattresses and new hybrids. No pressure from either Anthony or Johnny. The Dream room, where you may try any mattress for up to 4 hours, cinched the deal on a Sealy Hybrid! Never thought I'd be going from an ultra firm to a soft plush, but when I explained my hip pain, Anthony suggested I try the Sealy High Point, which I did. In the Dream room. Now, my bedroom is the Dream room! It's been over a month and with each week my pain diminishes to hardly being able to remember it. It was more $$ than I anticipated spending, but worth every penny in the long run. I think I laid on nearly every bed in the store and came back again to try more on a later day. Anthony's response was "Take your time and ask any questions you may have." With my selection, he suggested a 3" box spring as I am 4'11" and weary of having to "climb up" to bed every night. It's been almost 10 years since we bought a mattress, and things have really changed! I did alot of online research before visiting this store, but still wasnt sure what would be best for my husband and I who are very different in size. Johnny was incredibly helpful and patient as we tried different options and ultimately took a week to make our decision. There was no high pressure sales and we got a very fair price. Hoping for some sweet zzz's and I feel very confident with their 4-month trial policy. I needed a small plastic part for a mattress frame, as that one part of the frame was broken in a move, and my local mattress store sold only the whole mattress frame, as a unit.
