We paid for breadsticks and got chopsticks! My "Italian" Natuzzi furniture was made in CHINA and Woodbridge lied about it throughout the ugly mess. Multiple product failures soon occured. Motors failed, leather sagged. Recliner failed to return to original position. NOT the fine Italian furniture promised. Chinese-made junk! Ugh. NOTHING could be resolved at store level. Multiple delays in replies and the general run-around. The owner, Sharpei, was rude and untruthful. Disappointing for a retailer trying to compete in a tough market. Customers deserve better. Read all the other complaints about this character. Only A.G. intervention drew any response, and it was all lies. Simply the worst retail experience ever. There are many orher reputable options within 2 miles. We're very happy with La Z Boy bought to replace the Woodbridge fake junk. They substitute Chinese furniture for the real thing. See pics. I really miss Ladlows and this Woodbridge store doesn't come close to the quality, style and prices that were once offered at Ladlows. The only pro to this Woodbridge store is that it is large but the styles are very dated. Even the modern furniture feels dated and almost as if it would be "used". They offer a few brands I like but the selections of those brands look worn. The biggest issue I have is that this store is completely over priced! I do not like to be taken advantage of especially when you can pick up the same item down the street for a fraction of the cost. Lastly, this store needs to dust and work on air circulation. It is hard to breathe in here from all the dust and get a new buyer with better pricing. Pass. read more

While they do have some nice things, and we did wind up getting two pieces from them, I can't help but think they're insanely over priced and I wasn't a huge fan of being HOUNDED when I entered the store. My preference is to wander around a store and if I see what I'm looking for, then ask for help. I HATE when I'm IMMEDIATELY approached and then followed around the store. It instantly makes me want to just leave. We didn't though when we came here. The woman who helped us was pleasant but I also felt like she was a bit pushy. I know she was trying to help us, which was sweet but I could also tell she wanted her commission. So much so that she even went to our house to measure for the furniture we wanted. Only problem is she OVER MEASURED-- and when the couch we ordered arrived, it was WAY TOO BIG for the space, and I had to refuse the delivery (same with the coffee table we ordered). I wound up keeping a TV "stand) and a sleeper sofa is on the way... But everything else needed to go. Thankfully the store manager was very graceful and understanding. read more

Feb 10 2024 we purchased a Natuzzi brand leather sofa recliner from Woodbridge Interiors in Scottsdale AZ for $4120 + tax. After numerous visits by the repair tech the sofa is worse thane we first received it. Even after several visits to the store, the manager, Mr Chavez advises they will not refund the cost of the purchase. Customer service rep, Jenn, will no longer return our calls. We have been dealing with material problems since the initial delivery. The two year warranty is almost expired, buy no resolution. The repair company appears to be incapable of producing a quality repair. After the experience we have had, I would never consider another purchase from this store. read more

Pay attention to the negative reviews from customers! I took delivery on a power recliner June 1st 2024. It broke down six weeks later. Five service calls later it is still not working. (This is now April of 2025). Parts were ordered twice. No success with new parts. We are coming up on a year with a broken chair just sitting in my den. Company will not issue a refund. CEO no help at all. Cannot even get a store credit since they are going to try to order parts AGAIN! Unbelievable! Woodbridge does not stand behind their products and do not care about their customers. Just for the record I had purchased other items from Woodbridge and have given them good reviews in the past. They called and basically said it's our fault somehow. They disagree with their employee who they sent out twice to see the bed, to take videos and pictures, he said it had to have happened in transit or when stored by Woodbridge, that it was from a strap that was put on the headboard too soon after the finish was applied, as evidenced by the straight line of the damage across the entire width of the headboard. Woodbridge customer service admitted that to us on the phone in a separate call, but now they say they disagree with their own employee. I tried to say did they really think we weren't here, but somehow put tape or a strap on the bed for no reason at all? The guy said "I don't know what happened in your home." I became upset that we were being accused of something that I know for a fact didn't happen. There is no way we could have done something to the bed, when we can prove we weren't even here, we were in Washington. I finally said it might have to be decided in court, he hung up on me. I placed an order for a Stickley table, six chairs and two bar stools in May of 2022. At that time, I was told delivery would be in 6 weeks. In July 2022, I was told my table, chairs and bar stools had arrived and would be delivered. On day of deliver I was told table was damaged and could not be delivered. Company chose to send me a loaner table and chairs and bar stools. Receipt states delivery of table will be 4 weeks. I have called corporate services monthly since then for updates. Most months my calls are not returned. On November 4th, I was told my table was on the truck for delivery and would be here in 10 days. I stressed that I needed the table for thanksgiving, which they assured me it would arrive in time. It did not arrive and no update was given. I called again in early December with no contact from them. Then I called again on Dec 23rd. They told me that they emailed me, which they did not do, as they are in my contacts. I asked them to expedite, which they refused. They blamed the Stickley company, whom I am notifying of their bad business practices I finally contacted the CEO, Shupei Chiao. He told me my table would arrive in Feb 2023 or later. He also advised that they did not honor refunds or requests after 72 hours of purchase. I would not even know that the company would not fulfill their promises within 72 hours, so it is a ridiculous rule. I am not asking for anything free, just a return of my money paid and to pick up the items, including their loaner table. This is a very dishonest company, with terrible customer service and communication, from the CEO down. read more

Ordered furniture that took over a year to receive. 20 minutes before delivery, and after disassembling bed, told new bed not part of shipment. Furniture came damaged and not sure if it was correct stain/wood because the store had taken our paid sample. Owner would not allow us to select any other furniture and kept our furniture and 30% deposit. Don't do business with this store unless you wanted to be treated rudely. I was "Very" disappointed to say the least with Shupeichia Chiao- Managing Director of Woodbridge. I have been a previous customer and never treated so poorly with such unprofessionalism. This manager could care less about the customer, was rude, bullied, disgraceful and just outright inappropriate I purchased an item with delivery within 10 months. I regularly checked up on it in hopes it would come earlier like the Sales Consultant said. After the 5th time calling, 2nd time visiting store, I finally said no more. I was told it was going to have a new manufacturing date of 11-12 months. After going to the store, Shupeichia said he would compromise and see if he could get it in 11 months. I said that was no compromise, I just want my money back. He kept referring to the contract I signed that said it would be 10 months, but today I was told 11-12 months. I did not want to have to go through another 5 months to be told it was delayed again. This man, Shupeichia Chiao finally only gave me 70% of what I payed, therefore leaving over $500 that I had to pay to return furniture. When signing the receipt for credit, he again made the comment, "Why don't you read what you are signing for?" I asked for his business card and he said no. He also said I never want you as a customer. My response, " I have never been treated with such disrespect and just outright disregard as a customer." I am sending this because I was at 1 other furniture store(Lazyboy) prior and had to return something and was so appreciated and treated like a customer that I ended up buying something else and would return. Because of Shupeichia, I will never return to Woodbridge. I am a long time resident and live near by. I am so sad that your compqny allows someone like that to be in a leadership position. read more

This is my first time to write a review. But I felt compelled to write one out of disgust by how I was treated by Shupeichia Chiao- Managing Director of Woodbridge. I have been never treated so poorly with such unprofessionalism. Shueichi could care less about the customer, he was rude, highly argumentative, aggressive, would not listen, and insulting. When I 'tried' to explain the problem with the table I received, Shupeichia would tell me it was my imagination! He argued that the feedback I received from friends and relatives r(egarding a design flaw) was only because they 'knew me'. Sales personnel were actually quite nice and helpful. However, you are taking a risk purchasing from Woodbridge with Shupeichia behind your purchase. He is not an honorable business person to deal with. read more

I am not the kind of customer who complains about services that retail stores, etc. provide. While I have had bad experiences in this country as an immigrant, I have never complained because as an immigrant people do not listen to you or explain things well. They sometimes disrespect you because you speak their language as a second language. But I'm sure it is not fair, when we make a very big purchase in a store and they only think about the money, they do not look at you as human being. With that said, I spent more than $10k in the store Woodbridge - Interior designed in Scottsdale, AZ. When I was about to hang the art I purchased, one piece was clearly too large and heavy for my wall. That specific piece make me uncomfortable knowing that it can break my wall. I tried to exchange the piece for another, but I was not allowed to. And the piece did in fact damage our wall. The drywall repairman comes tomorrow. I personally contacted the store manager and sales associates. Both were not interested in satisfying the customer. Both implied "it is your problem, not mine." We initially ordered furniture there more than 3 months ago, and none of it has been delivered. They seem to have no idea when it will arrive, and no particular interest in it either. Oh, and you can't cancel without giving up your deposit. Even if they never deliver it, I guess. I have bought lots of furniture in stores in Scottsdale and never encountered such unpleasant people as these. I cannot recommend this store to anyone. If you should decide to shop here, be aware their return policy and their "failure to deliver" polices allow them to keep your 30% deposit for any reason. Apparently they stay in business not by pleasing customers, but by stealing deposits. read more

Ask for Linda! I had been shopping for living room and dining room furniture for a very long time. I was simply overwhelmed and could not make a decision. I knew I wanted a beautiful and elegant fabric recliner sofa (not over stuffed leather) and an updated contemporary look. Linda put together the entire design (sofas, lamps, tables, chairs, etc.) and gathered everything together in the store so I could more easily see how everything would work together. The pieces were perfect! Linda choose lamps and accessories that I simply would not have put together. I am so grateful. The furniture is expensive but is very good quality. I sat in less expensive sofas at other stores and you could tell that the sofa would look worn after only a year. My furniture was delivered in the promised timeframe and the delivery team was great. Drove by last week and saw banner hanging outside referencing "Natuzzi Editions". Been looking for a reputable company who might sell /service Natuzzi furniture. Walked in, saw a special Natuzzi only area, and was approached by employee asking if he could help me. Advised I have a Natuzzi custom made sectional that probably needs some redoing of the cushions. Well guess that was the wrong thing to ask because after a few huff and puffs his response was "we don't get into that we SELL furniture". Didn't ask me any questions on where I initially got it, how old it was, have I thought about replacing vs reupholstering it, NOTHING! So definitely lack if sales skills and people skills. Now that I am thinking further, wearing my "weekend wear" instead of my everyday business attire and feel like his actions were leaning more towards discriminatory, in that maybe I couldn't afford the store based on my attire walking into a store in Scottsdale. DONT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS LOCATION!!! Unbelievable and very sad! read more
