This place is a hidden gem! The owners are realy personable and always remember me. Its never realy crowded or rushed which I love and I admit it is pricier than some dry cleaners but they also realy take the time and care on each garment, steaming and pressing it perfectly as well as getting all the stains out. I also had a jumper pant suit altered here, and the price was realy reasonable. They did a incredible job as well as making the jumper wrinkle free and more presentable than when I bought the item in the store. The owner is very smiley and made me feel realy comftrable when trying it on for her. If you have any fancy fragile garments, leather or embellished fabrics this is the place to go due to the level of care they give. that's what realy sets this place apart from everywhere else I've been in the area! I am very disappointed with my experience here, in terms of customer service. I was recommended here by a friend who said they did an excellent job with her bedding. I dropped off my bedding last Saturday and was told they would not be ready until Thursday, which already seemed very long for a light comforter and sheets with no stain. When Thursday approached, I headed to the store to find a sign on the front door informing customers the store would be closed from 1:40-5:20, how odd? And with zero warning from the owner himself. I would have appreciated a phone call letting me know of this information so I could have planned accordingly. Just very unprofessional in my opinion. I go on with my day running errands and a few hours later I call the store to make sure they are open. A woman answered and sounded very confused and apologized but said they would be open until 7 pm so I head back to the store around 5:30 pm. Once I arrive to the store, the lights are on as well as the open sign, but the door was locked. I call the store number again and the woman apologizes again sounding very confused but told me to come back in the morning. Friday morning comes and I head back to the store, this time they are open. I begin explaining my frustration to the man and told him I didn't think I should have to pay full price due to the inconveniences on his end from him not being there the day before, which was my set pick up time. They said shirts would be $2.50 at drop off. At pick up it was $5.00! Lady said it was because they were long sleeve shirts... Hmm. Anyway, spots were still on shirts but they agreed to redo them. Went to pick up (2nd trip) and another customer was freaking out. They lost the pants to his suit and he had to be at an event in a couple hours.. Not good. read more

I won't be back. I had a brand new shirt i needed laundered/pressed to wear for an event. I was told I can pick it up the next day. When I tried they said there was stains and it wasn't ready. I explained it was a brand new shirt and didn't have any stains as it had never been worn. No choice I came back the next day. They charged me 5.50 to press a shirt?? Again they kept repeating it had stains and they had to do a special treatment. When I told them again it was a brand new, never worn shirt they acted like they didn't understand English. The lady said OK 2.99 the man still charged me 5.50 for 1 shirt when I signed the cc slip. I wasn't going to argue over 2.00. Congrats you got over on me for 2 bucks and lost a client who lives 2 blocks from you who launders 5-10 garments a week. go somewhere where they won't rip you off or lie to your face.... read more

This was the first time I used this cleaners. I needed same day service, which they provided, but the sign said they closed at 7PM. I got there and 7:30PM, and the man was very nice to help me. I got my clothes even though they were supposed to be closed, and I was a very happy customer. read more

This could be the best cleaner in all of arizona. They can get any spot out. I had a shirt that had a spot from a year ago they got it out. I had another shirt that a different cleaner gave back to me with a spot and they got it out. really decent prices also. read more

Awful. I had spilled something on a blazer and asked that they stain treat it. After looking over the jacket upon pick up their "stain remover" had left bleach marks all over the blazer and did NOT get rid of the stain. Would not recommend to anyone! read more

We've been coming here since 2004. We have always had incredible customer service as well as exceptional dry cleaned garments.

These guys are horrible. When they ruined an expensive blazer and would not fix it, I filed a complaint with the better business bureau. They responded with a letter from a prepaid lawyer service alleging that I took my top off in the back room while they were pinning my pants to be hemmed and made the owner uncomfortable. Unbelievable. Customer service is not their specialty...apparently dry cleaning is not something they are good at either! read more

I wanted to leave a good review but after having gone twice, I just can't despite the sweet couple that works there. I don't do a lot of dry cleaning but just as someone had mentioned it, and partly my fault, I went to another dry cleaner that wasn't able to get an ink stain out and thought I'd give them a try. I went on vacation and picked up the shirt two weeks later and was charged not $5 (which I find already very pricey for a shirt) but $5.50 as the owner asked if I could pay in cash and since I'm pretty much someone who never carries it, he asked if he could add 50 cents due to the "high card fees". I might have been in a good mood or something because I'm sure others wouldn't have been so kind when asked that. However...my thank you was a bitter one. Ever heard of "cost of doing business". You don't ask your customers to take on additional fees...if you want them to remain customers. Last time I'll be visiting them sadly. read more

ZERO STARS ---This place was horrible. They ruined a dress of mine, when I took it back to get fixed they said they didn't clean that and basically called me a liar to my face. Finally they said they would try to fix the spot they left on my dress but never refunded my costs and they lied straight to my face 2 times saying they could remove an ink spot, said they did and when I got it home it was still there. The husband and wife owners are NOT trustworthy and they do not back up their work with a guarantee even though it says it on their wall. I was treated like a liar and a thief, when really they were stealing my money, not doing their job and not fixing thier mistakes. BAD BUSINESS. read more
