Chad got back to me in short order to set up a time and date for them to come out for an estimate. When they arrived I walked them through the current state, pain points, and what we were looking for as an outcome. They were very receptive and easy to consult with. At the end of our dialog Chad provided a total time and materials amount that the job would cost which was very agreeable, all with a 3 year warranty! They were also extremely easy to work with on the start date. We concluded by him relaying that he would draw up the formal quote with scope of work and get it sent over. The SOW was very, very thorough and impressive for any type of contractor. From the beginning to the end of the job, Chad and his crew clearly and consistently communicated on arrival and departure times, progress, status, challenges found, etc. They also kept an extremely clean worksite, straightening up at the end of each and every day. The result was everything we hoped for: - A completely revamped drip irrigation system in both our yards. - Refreshed gravel in both yards. - Leveled spots in the yards from previously removed plants. - Existing plants and stumps were identified for removal. - Staged drip lines in requested spots for future plants. We have engaged other irrigation companies in the past with significantly unimpressive results. Piped Right was the absolute, diametrically opposite experience. I wouldn't hesitate for a split second to use them in the future or refer them to anyone in need of their services! They care about their customers and their work and it shows in every way!

Prior to starting he confirmed multiple times that it would be a two-zone setup, per text messages. After the installation, I found out from a different landscaper that only one zone was actually connected. So now I can't control how much water my trees versus smaller desert plants get. I reached out SEVERAL times over SEVERAL weeks to give him the chance to come back and check it, but he completely stopped responding. He claims he stands behind his work with a 2 year warranty, but so far that is false. This isn't the only issue either. We have dying plants because the drip lines barely reach them. Plants and trees falling over because of not enough support and also slowly dying from improper watering from not having a 2 zone system. AND a few days after the job was complete I noticed he cut up my backwash hose line for the pool pump. He claimed he didn't see it at first but him and his crew were literally the last ones in that area. He reluctantly shipped me a new backwash hose but didn't want to come install it so I had to do it myself because he stopped responding. Yes, maybe it's easy to install but why should I have to fix your mistake??? Promising one thing and delivering something different is completely DISHONEST. Now I'm stuck paying another contractor to fix all the other problems. I've been patient and gave him enough opportunity to resolve any issues before leaving a review, but being ignored for weeks leaves me with no other choice. The crew installed the system very quickly and knew exactly what they were doing. They installed my Rachio system I had already bought in my garage. After a lot of trenching and digging, the lines were in, along with a valves connecting to my hose/water source. The rock was dumped in 2 loads since it was such a large quantity. 2 guys from the crew worked hard over 2-3 days shoveling it into our front yard.
