After literally 10 years as a devoted patient to Dr Bundy specifically, I am heartbroken to write this review because she has acquired a condescending, offensive, vindictive office manager by the name of Theresa that has been horrendous from the get-go with phone calls dating back until September 2024 in which I have tried to get in to see Dr Bundy for overdue corrective work. In 10 years prior to Theresa joining the staff I have NEVER had an issue with the office and raved about Dr. Bundy. I am a single mom in extreme financial distress on the verge of bankruptcy from custody court and sought out Dr Bundy over a month ago, again, knowing what my future fate would be and having teeth that really need attention. Historically, she has been the only Dentist that I've trusted and made my front teeth amazing after grinding them literally broken off the morning of my first custody trial in 2019. I have continued to go to see Dr Bundy since then, and although there has been high turnover, everybody at the front has been extremely kind and nice until NOW! Late 2024 ENTER Theresa! On MULTIPLE occasions, I was met over the phone by a woman, I repeat by the name of Theresa, the "office manager" that not only talks over you, literally, BUT, has gained complete control of Dr Bundy to the extent of literally agreeing with everything Theresa says including pushing away long term, loyal patients! The way that I've been treated the past 6 months, to be disregarded and pushed away as a PAYING patient WITH dental insurance , knowing my dental insurance is running out March 31 and I'm in dire NEED of crowns, an implant, and an extraction, I was told to go elsewhere even after driving to the office in person! I'm SO sad to write this because I actually care about people, BUT, to physically drive to the office to avoid being talked over on the phone for the umpteenth time by Theresa, money in hand to secure my appointment next week, I was talked over BY THERESA "in front of another patient," told that she submitted everything she should have DESPITE Delta Dental 15 minutes prior stating otherwise, telling me that "Dr Bundy won't call in an antibiotic for your abscessed tooth because she's not comfortable doing so," AND "we are short staffed and will get back to you! I was in SHOCK! Left the office, TEXTED Dr Bundy immediately to SEE she read it AND 4 hours later, despite KNOWING my circumstances and desperation, TEXTED me, NOT call, that she wouldn't help me. I'm SO disgusted to the point that I'm writing this about someone that I've been NAIVE and GULLIBLE to for 10 YEARS and now she allows a LOUD, OVER BEARING, RUDE, CONDESCENDING wretch of a woman TURN HER LOYAL PATIENTS AWAY! I wanted to try and new dentist and somebody that was close to my house so I came in here last week. The dentist was amazing but they would not do a cleaning on my teeth. I get my teeth cleaned every 3 to 4 months and they said I needed a deep cleaning which was going to cost me over $500. I literally just had my teeth cleaned in July and they would have said I needed a deep cleaning which I got a little over a year ago. I called their office 2 days ago and told them I just want to have a normal teeth cleaning but the girl at the front desk couldn't give me a straight answer and said she would speak to the dentist and would have to call me back. Fast forward to today and still no call so I decided to walk in and speak to them in person. Again the front desk lady was not very pleasant and couldn't give me a straight answer again so I told them to please have somebody call me back asap. I called my other dentist I went to and they had an opening at 10am for a teeth cleaning so waiting over 30 minutes with no phone call I decided to book a cleaning at my old dentist who's been great in the past and no issues. I get a text after my assistant called them and they sent a text saying I owe $100 because I'm cancelling but I would of cancelled 2 days ago if they would of just had called me back and told me they have to do a deep cleaning and can't do a normal clean. Poor communication and the front desk girl makes me to want to never step a foot in this place again. read more

I had my first appointment with Dr. Bundy today. I have been lucky to have great dentists in my life but this was by far the most amazing experience I have ever had. The entire staff is , well super nice. Dr. Bundy was so thorough and explained everything that needed to be done with an amazing bedside manner. I had to get a deep cleaning and I didn't experience any pain at all. I actually laughed quite a bit during my cleaning and look forward to my next appointment. Just amazing, wow! read more

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Bundy and all of the hygienists and techs at her practice. I cannot recommend her enough. However, I am giving 3 stars because of the secretary/front office assistant. Every single time I have an encounter with her it is negative in some way. She is pushy and loud on the phone and talks over me. It's difficult to even get a word in. She is snarky at times if you don't have the right information (I asked to make an appointment on a Friday and the office is not open on Fridays and she had the worst attitude because I didn't know that). She gives dental recommendations and diagnoses as if she is the doctor, which is inappropriate and dangerous. She is inconsistent with sending text reminders/call reminders to confirm appointments but gaslights and says she had sent them even though she did not. She did not call or text before my appointment when the doctor was running over an hour behind. It wasn't until I showed up at my appointment time that she let me know, no apology or a "thank you" when I rearranged my schedule to return later in the day. She answers the phones and asks how she can help, and then states "well I can't do that right now I'm busy with XYZ". I know of at least 2 other patients who have the same experiences as I do. I wish Dr. Bundy would get a new front office manager :( read more

Allow me to start by saying that I have, and have had for years, a petrifying and somewhat irrational fear of the dentist. As a kid, I had a traumatic experience (extraction of four adult teeth to "make room" before my braces) that has kept me from seeking the dental care I needed for several years. Finally, I decided that I had to do something about it, and I turned to my insurer (and yelp) for suggestions. I am so grateful to have come across Dr. Millet and his staff in my search! I called and explained my fear to his receptionist, asking if they'd be willing handle a fearful, possibly difficult new patient like me, and she was so kind and accommodating right away. She helped me put my fears aside, and scheduled an appointment for me to have X-rays done and where I could "get to know" the staff. At the initial appointment, I was nervous, but Dr. Millet and his staff allayed my fears enough to get me to schedule the cleaning and dental work that I had been putting off for a long time. I was allowed a small prescription that would help ease my anxiety for the duration of the next visit, when I'd have my cleaning and work done. The medicine worked so well, I actually slept through both of my alarms and missed the beginning of my appointment! (Whoops...) I was so worried I'd have to reschedule and go through the mental preparation again, but the office was incredibly understanding and accommodating, and despite my being late, they were still willing to see me and to take care of my dental needs. The appointment itself was a blur, for which I'm grateful, and I left with a much healthier, more protected mouth and a renewed vigor for maintaining my dental health. Thank you so much, Dr. Millet and staff, for taking great care of me. I was really nervous about getting the care I needed... but your warmth and kindness allowed me to put those fears aside, so that I could get my oral health back in check! Dr. Bundy and her staff are incredible! They are friendly, attentive, professional, accommodating and conservative. Cleanings are stress-free, and I recently had four veneers put on my teeth, and the process was amazing. Dr. Bundy didn't pressure me at ALL to do anything I wasn't comfortable with, had additional appointments with me to discuss all options, pros and cons and found the best vendors to work with to ensure that the final result was perfect. All of her staff, from Lois at the front desk who couldn't be friendlier or more helpful to the hygienists who are great to work with, are incredible. Ok... so being less than a mile from home, was an advantage especially my inability to drive long distances as I'm disabled, but I'm telling you this office has it ALL!!! Dr Bundy is exceptional at what she does and super friendly along the way. Her front desk office manager Lois makes you feel special, and everyone seems to have worked together there for many years, as they are like a well oiled machine. On another note Dr Millet who works spotty from west side maybe once a week in this office, did a root canal on me yesterday. I have a friend whom is a top rated Endodontist north of this office and I feel guilty, but my procedure yesterday was about as good an experience as ever!... Fabulous office! From the moment you walk in the door till you leave everyone makes you feel comfortable. I was returning to have a crown placed and it turned out that the lab make it perfect. No need to adjust the crown. Also his office did a great job at getting the crown in in a timely manner. I have also had other work done here like my teeth cleaning and my root canals. I got a Groupon for Exam, cleaning and X-ray. Waited a month for appointment. Went in today. I had a root canal at another dentist 2 months ago and had a full set of X-rays. I told them that I wanted to skip the X-rays as not necessary to expose to more radiation. Yes, maybe I am a bit neurotic about this. They said they couldn't do the cleaning without X-rays. Ok, can I get you the films from my previous dentist and reschedule as I did not realize I HAD to get X-rays for a cleaning? They say this is "the law". Ok, that's cool but I'm not familiar with dental law and did not know this and no one said I had to get them when I talked with them scheduling/confirming appt and no one said send X-rays from previous dentist over. They said they couldn't wait for this. Ok, can I reschedule I ask. That's when things get embarrassing... The receptionist proceeds to berate me in front of the waiting room about how they don't make money off Groupon and they barely cover their costs and they would NEVER reschedule a lowly Groupon customer such as myself and how they have wasted this time slot already as it could have been filled with an actual paying customer. I tell her we all know that Groupon is to get new customers not make money and I find it offensive that she would even mention this to me and she just basically said sorry, not sorry. At this point I certainly did not feel comfortable staying and having sharp instruments near my mouth :( Oh, and the office reeked like cigarettes which is not a good feel for your dentist's office. read more

I really don't love going to the dentist, and recently moved to the area. I found no complaints with Dr. Millet. He explained everything from his state of the art equipment to every tooth and what was good/bad about them. My initial appointment with him was over an hour and I definitely got my monies worth. He explained things my old dentist never did and gave me a list of things that needed to be fixed as well as a "wish list" and had it all priced out. He vowed to do as little or as much as I wanted and there was no pressure to waste time or money. His staff is very friendly and patient. I would highly recommend this practice! read more
