Their customer service is top notch along with their mechanics. I found out that my cabin air filter was absurdly dirty. Supposedly my dealer had changed that on a service call. I needed a new muffler and they replaced that. When I needed new tires, I knew who to contact. Once again, they were super friendly and scheduled me at my convenience. They gave me an excellent price for my four new tires. On top of that, my first rotation was free. I went today to have the rotation done. When I arrived for my appointment, they took my car immediately to do the job. When you need service on your vehicle, call John's Auto. Things went well until I drove away. I think there are new scratches on my rims but I can't prove that so I will give them the benefit of the doubt. I should have photographed all four wheels prior to the work. The biggest problem was that the tires were not inflated properly. I got warnings right away that three of the four tires had low pressure. To me this is a very basic requirement when replacing tires. All 4 should be inflated to the proper pressure. I feel like this is a very basic service that they neglected to do.

When she would tell me how much the services or repairs would cost, thats what they cost. In her absence yesterday I spoke with Mark himself. After an initial call about what was needed, Mark called to let me know how much the work would cost, tax included. I approved the cost and said yes to the work being done. Fast forward hours later and the cost increased $150 dollars. When I arrived at th shop, I asked to speak with Mark about the increase. I asked him to highlight on the receipt where that increase was. He did not do that. Money has always been tight so I pay attention to the details. I have to. After a good deal of time with Mark talking over me, asking if I understand, and trying to convince me that I did not hear the amount that I approved the work for, he says "Listen Doll. I dont have a crystal ball." I have never been spoken to like that by an employee of a business, much less the OWNER of the business! Its "Dolls" like myself that keep his business going. I regret that Andrea was not there. This would not have happened. Needless to say, Myself and my family will never give this business another penny. I question whether you should.

MARK YOUR TIRES!! I…read morewent in on Monday 9/9 to have routine service done. The following Friday, I noticed that although I paid for a tire rotation, it wasn't done. When I called with the issue they asked me how I knew the tires weren't rotated. I told them that I ran over a nail about 5 weeks ago and installed a patch kit on the right rear tire and it was still there (if the tires had been rotated the tire with the plug in it wouldn't still be in the right rear position). The receptionist said that she needed to talk to the manager who wasn't there, but took my name and said he would call me back. I didn't hear anything so I called back on Monday morning and spoke to Breanne. She said she would take my name and someone would call me back. Again, I didn't hear anything so I called back on Tuesday, twice, and spoke to Jasmine and Dana. They said would take my name and that someone would call me back. I told Dana that I've been waiting 3 days for someone to call me back because each time I've been told the manager wasn't there but they would give him my message. I asked who "him" was and they said "Jamie". I still haven't heard anything, my tires are still not rotated, and I'm out the money. I'll be taking my business elsewhere, including my next lease.
