We've always had good luck with Dunn and will continue to go there for our tire needs!

I dropped my vehicle off on June 24th and it is now August 6th and I have yet to receive my vehicle. The first issue was that my vehicle sat for 9 days without being touched because the supplemental request for payment from Geico was submitted incorrectly. It took someone from the shop that long before they reached out to me at which point I contacted Geico myself to get the adjuster to come out and look at my car. Next after having my vehicle for 43 days to bd exact the paint color is wrong and the painter is out for the wee. So I still do not have my vehicle fixed properly after 44 days and counting. This has been the most horrible experience I have ever had. Not only is my vehicle not the right color I have been now paying for a rental car for 13 days because it's past the 30 day mark of the insurance paying for the rental car. This has been very expensive and also frustrating! I would not recommend you wasting your time going to this shop, you will end up very disappointed! Please save your TIME and MONEY!!
