    Yummy Potato Chunks!!

My Hubby and I went here for the first time on 5/1. Most definitely will be back!! The service was amazing!! Morgan was our server & she was so sweet and kind!! Morgan's recommendations were definitely great choices!! She deserves a 5+ star on her own. The food was absolutely delicious!! We tried lots of choices & yes there was a lot of to go boxes. Portions were huge. I can't wait to get back there after my oncologist appointments & then just to eat there..lol..definitely worth the 1 hr & 7 minute commute!! Thanks y'all at Scramblers!!

The customer service was excellent--every staff member I made eye contact with greeted me with a smile. The food was fresh, though I personally prefer a bit more seasoning. There's Frank's Red Hot Sauce, and other condiments on the table. This spot reminds me of Denny's but with a more modern and updated vibe. Portions are big. Overall, I'd definitely come back.

Is this fresh fruit? This is gross. .

Service is inconsistent, cleanliness inconsistent. Food location. Big windows. Fresh appearance. When it's good it's good. When it's not it's not. I usually have the Wisconsin Scramble but there is a lot to choose from with many side options. The pot of coffee is a nice touch. The entrance to the plaza is very ambiguous. I parked in the law office next door. They close at 3pm

My friend and I went to breakfast at this Scramblers location on a Sunday morning. We were greeted and seated right as we walked in. Our waitress was really great- very helpful and friendly. I ordered the eggs Benedict with a side of potatoes and a chocolate chip pancake. My friend ordered the breakfast tacos with a side a fruit and French toast. Our food came out quickly and everything tasted so good. Side note: The pancake was as big as a dinner plate, so come hungry. lol this is great little diner to stop in when you want a classic breakfast. I'll be back the next time I come to Cleveland. Another thing that I thought was really cool is that by the doors, they have a coffee set up with small cups, coffee, and creamer. I'm guessing it's for while you wait, or on your way out. Either way, that's a cute gesture.

I came here for the first time a few days ago and wasn't sure what to expect, however, I was pleasantly surprised! I loved the waffle I ordered, it was perfectly cooked and the toppings were fresh and delicious! I was delighted to find both blueberries and chocolate chips within the batter as well as on top of the waffle . The home fry potatoes were also very yummy! Overall, a very pleasant experience with a cozy atmosphere and friendly service!

This is my favorite breakfast place. The pancakes are delicious! I have also ordered lunch food here as well and everything I have eaten here has been really good! The service is also amazing!

Awesome food! A huge variety of breakfast options. Their biscuits and gravy are very flavorful. Good service as well.

My first impression of Scramblers is that it's a very cozy and inviting place to eat. The decor is light and fun. I did notice right away after being seated that the customers started to pile up quickly by the front entryway. You could just watch their faces turn sour after waiting 5 or more minutes without even be acknowledged. They could have really used a host at the front of the house. They looked severely understaffed. Luckily, our waitress Ashley was awesome. I'd even ask to sit in her section if I go back there. She took outstanding care of us despite the fact that there didn't seem to be a lot of hustle happening in the kitchen. Granted they did have 2 large parties of over 10 and it's the holidays. But still, we waited a solid 23 minutes for our food. Yes, I timed it. I was hangry and about ready to leave. I ordered the breakfast sandwich with the number in the name...the 419 or something. It was a fluffy pile of scrambled eggs topped with melted cheese, bacon and hot sauce on a brioche bun, with a side of hashbrowns. The sandwich was awesome, hashbrowns were more like hadbrowns. They were cold. The malted waffle was great with the all you can eat option built in. We ate 2 and ordered an extra to go. My hubby ordered the steak and eggs with hashbrowns. No complaints there. Steak was cooked to his liking and his hashbrowns were hot. Go figure. Overall, I'd go back. It's like Denny's nicer cousin. Reasonably priced, great service, great food, clean.

Very poor service. Customer service is a joke. Got my sides 20mins before my meal itself. I will never eat at this place again.

Off the top maybe 5-6 tables and a bar that holds 10-12 people if I was guessing. Multiple TVs playing all sports. Keno, Jukebox also available. Nice neighborhood bar. Staff were very friendly even though they were busy. As for the food, I ordered mozzarella sticks, a hot Italian sub with tater tots. The cheese sticks were bad. Tiny, lukewarm and not much flavoring. Marinara dipping sauce was bland as well. Now for the sub. Unreal Italian Sub. The tots were crispy and salted. The sub was AMAZING... repeat AMAZING. Served with Italian dressing, on a toasted roll. Banana peppers, onion, tomato, with multiple meats and cheeses. Definitely a bar favorite as I saw many people eating the same dish. It's worth a visit or a try if you're in the area. The big positive of this place was the prices. $2.50 a beer and $10 for that sub. My tab was low so that's always a good thing. I would go back to this place however it might be tough sometimes if the bar gets pizza. In the plaza it sits next to a pizza place that I was told you can order the pizza from the bar and they have a window to slide the food through. I didn't try the pizza so I won't review that place. Overall, a 7.1 out of 10 with everything included.

We ate outside under a covered patio. It was uncrowded, quiet and very much to our liking. The service was adequate. The problem was the food was bland. We started with salads which were ok. For her main course my wife had the Freddie's Pasta. The sauce tasted like chicken broth. No developed flavor. The sausage was minimally spicy. There were a few shrimp which were good. The dish seemed more appropriate as a side than a main course. The portion was very large. I had the bolognaise. This was in a kind of pink sauce which was bland and did not taste Italian at all. No detection of garlic or other Italian spices. Again, the portion was very large but the dish seemed more appropriate as a side to accompany something else rather than as a main dish. So we were disappointed, particularly since the setting is great, there is free valet parking and we live relatively close by. Too bad the food doesn't match the atmosphere.

The delicate and frankly, pretty dishes are disconcerting against the rough and tumble tables and chairs place you in the wrong mindset. It just doesn't work. My Bolognese Cavatelli was very good, but my wife felt the Eggplant Parmigiana was simply a cheesy clump, the skin tough and stringy. An excellent bread service goes in the win column. (probably after a nice long day of golf) If you use the restroom, he's usually sitting at the end of the bar and will harass you when you leave the restroom. I've been in this establishment two times. The last time was June 18. I went to the restroom at 9:55 PM. This would be a good time to check your security cameras. Before even walked into the restroom, there were comments made to me by him that were inappropriate. Left the restroom where he proceeded to sit in his chair. Ask me if I went number one or number two. Then he proceeded to blow in my hair and tell me that I should be doing sexual favors for him on my knees as all of the men around him laughed. He proceeded to make fun of my hair, etc... Sam is supposedly a family man. This is supposed to be a family owned establishment which is posted online. It is not. It is trash. The owner is trash. How embarrassing for his entire family. All of the bartenders, of course, defended him as he was sitting there harassing me. Of course, at the time I didn't realize that it was Sam the actual owner. But of course, while I was taking up for myself, I was told by one of the female bartenders that "this isn't gonna fly here" when I was standing up for myself. I truly hope that maybe Sam can get his life together and stop harassing customers especially new customers. This is not a family, friendly establishment when the owner is completely drunk, falling off his barstool and using complete disgusting language to females that walk by him. I honestly have never had an experience like this before, but after it happened and speaking to other females that frequent that wonderful classy establishment, Sam is known for this. Save your money, time, and class...go somewhere else where you're not sexually harassed.
