When I came in for pickup, the repairs were done but the container of wet wipes I keep in the side compartment was suddenly out in the trunk (having been used) and the water bottles I keep in the back were completely gone, with only the plastic wrapping left (it was nearly full upon drop off). I realize that the cost of my items is probably negligible, but what bothers me is not the price but the blatant misuse and disrespect of a client's items. I would NOT trust them, and the only reason I came in the first place is because it was suggested by my auto insurance.

In my dispute I provided ALL texts and detailed pics of the countless flaws. I also had 2 xpel authorized dealers and another xpel installer give me statements that it was the worst job they have ever seen. They also all agreed that I did not get xpel ppf. He put something of way less quality on my car. Xpel is supposed to be self healing and what I have already has numerous scratches that won't repair. Credit card company sided with me (which is really rare) and gave me a full refund. Now I have to pay someone to remove this cheap wrap on my car and have it redone. I would never deal with a lying company like this thar has no customer service or basic business ethics.

Bright colored cars tend to be a little bit harder to cover up than something neutral. That's amazing. And not to mention their turn around time was just as incredible. It only took them 4 days to get me my car back. They also paid very close attention to everything that I had requested. Such as embossing a logo into my gas cap, and adding the black accents where I had requested them etc. To my surprise, I had briefly mentioned revitalizing some of my black plastics on my personal time but they went ahead and took care of that for me too. He said "We can't finish wrapping your car", I asked him what was going on, and if everything was ok and he just answered "Nah, we just can't wrap it", and then hung up the phone. I visited the shop the next day and my car was in the back, all my parts inside and windows opened, they haven't answered my multiple calls and messages. Do not deal with these bums, they are a bunch of scammers, have been working non stop this past week, so I haven't been able to visit recently and going to the shop again tomorrow, hopefully all my parts are still In the car. So much hard work, money, and passion went into this. And they won't answer my calls or messages, tagging everyone, so y'all can get a clear picture of who they really are, already lawyered up and taking them to court.
